I bought a battery blender. When it failed to perform as promised, I asked for a full refund. They offered a 2/3 refund and said I did not have to return it. I declined their offer and told them I wanted to return it for a full refund.
They did not reply. They did not refund my money. I have tried to contact them several times with regard to this matter. They have never responded after their offer to give me two thirds of my purchase price.
If I could give them zero stars, I would.
I want to warn shoppers to have no business dealings with this company.

I purchased two GlowLoom heated hoodies from PrimyDeals on September 21, 2026, paying a total of $171.96, including $19.99 in shipping charges. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

Before ordering, I carefully measured both intended recipients and followed the company's sizing chart. Despite this, the 2XL hoodies fit more like a Large. Neither hoodie came with a power bank or instructions, and I had not understood from the advertising that the battery packs would need to be purchased separately.

The website advertised a 90-day return policy, which gave me confidence in making the purchase. I understood that I might be responsible for return shipping. What I did not realize was that returns would require international shipping. Had that requirement been clearly disclosed before purchase, I would not have ordered.

When I contacted PrimyDeals, I was offered just $21.60 to keep the two improperly sized hoodies, or the option of returning them at my own expense through international shipping. This was particularly frustrating considering that I had already paid $19.99 in shipping charges.

I am now disputing the charges with my bank because I believe the merchandise and return conditions were materially different from what I reasonably understood when placing my order.

I strongly encourage potential customers to examine the sizing information, battery requirements, and international return conditions carefully before purchasing from this company.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from PrimyDeals again.

I ordered and paid for a hand blender Brothforge from the USA ( $242.97 Whop*primydeals Sydney AU) but was delivered another of far less quality. I emailed a support email address for a return label as they say there is 90 days to return. However I received an email requesting 2 pictures, which I sent as attachments, they say it was not received. They requested direct photos, so I went to my camera and took photos with my phone which I sent to them by reply email. I received another email saying they didn't receive these photos either and this is the rest of the email
"A physical return is not something we can arrange for this order, and shipping the BrothForge back internationally would be at your own cost. To spare you that, we can refund 30% of the BrothForge itself, which comes to $69.00, and you keep the unit. That way money comes back to you without the cost and effort of an international return."
Obviously I would have to give my bank account details or they would have held onto my card details.

Ordered a NutriPress juicer from Primydeals, it took over 2 weeks to show up. The box didn't state NutriPress anywhere. The juicer was poorly designed. What a mess it made to use. Pulp was flying out of the vents. Had to wipe my cabinets when we finished. The juicer drips juice in places it shouldn't. It leaves a pool under the juicer. The output is poor, the pulp is wet. Asked for a refund and they offered 30%. Couldn't send it back because international shipping to China was more expensive than the machine. The whole experience was a disaster. We tossed the whole machine in the garbage... STAY AWAY.

I ordered a transcription device which was guaranteed to transcribe the discussion in meetings "instantly". A 55 minute meeting of 4 people took more than 3 hours to transcribe. I asked for a refund. They keep stalling despite their ad saying "full refund within 60 days". They offered to send back half of my money and I could keep the card. I declined. They have not followed through on their promise. The card worked but it was unacceptably slow.

Received a different mixer than what was ordered.
they write false reviews on brands that don't exist and substitute cheap brands. No luck trying to return it.

Item received was not the same as ordered. A different brand of mixer to the one I ordered turned up, with a US plug instead of a UK plug. Unusable.
When I've asked for assistance I've been ignored and fobbed off. Do not buy from PrimyDeals
