Very easy, great communication and care to get a product that was high quality despite the tight deadline. They really went above and beyond to ensure my deadline was reached and the product turned out great! Highly recommend!

In the past I have had T-shirts with up to 7 colours printed and they were really well done and great quality. I had the same design printed onto mugs which were also excellent. Recently I ordered Caps which were embroidered - they look great too! Happy with the quality, service and fast delivery. Thanks!

Very bad and stressful experience, my mugs arrived damaged, as they wasn’t packaged very well, the coasters was printed on the wrong shape, and would have been resized to accommodate this. However the quality of the products I cannot fault, and my items was finally rectified a week and a half later after printing wrong again.

So glad Print Inc have taken over Awesome Merchandise, been super impressed with the not only the speed, price and quality of the printing but also the customer service. Flyers I ordered arrived within two days of payment. Look great as well.

Ordered a big batch of prints duplicates of my original drawings . I cannot fault the quality. I had some technical issues with my sizes at first but the customer service team provided step by steps guides on how to fix it and sent proofs before processing my prints. Thank you I will be ordering again soon.

I love this company, fabulous customer service and products. Big shoutout to George in particular who handled my small issue amazingly by shipping me a reprint the next day so that I would have time to ship my own orders before Christmas! Would only trust this company now to print my artwork <3

This is the company that bought awesome merch in a bit of archaic pre pack administration manoeuvring.

Owned and I presume run by Luke Hodson’s father.

Whilst it’s a comfort to know that Luke is no longer involved it impossible to ignore the ethical minefield that is supporting this business. Considering I personally know several individuals who lost hundreds and thousands of pounds in the original legal tomfoolery.

I’ve recieved notifications that print.inc and awesome merch have tried to have my very true reviews removed. I’m sure they have been mounting a campaign of false reviews and scrubbing real negative ones.

I hope you choose to order your merch from somewhere else.

The recycled paper flyers look so good!

Would like to see other sizes too as an option. I ended up printing a foldable flyer in A4 but would have liked to have a smaller one. So, maybe an option to provide a custom size would be good. But, overall it was excellent!

Extremely happy with my order, there was a telephone call to check my requirements and the end result was beautiful, so pleased, ordering more now !!!

Easy correspondence and communication is paramount to a good customer service experience. Print inc fulfilled this requirement above and beyond. The quality of the prints and embroidery on the products I ordered have met professional expectations and I would highly recommend using Print Inc for your printing needs. The upfront costs on the website really help too as waiting for quotes can be cumbersome and annoying when you want to do something quickly.
