What started as a look-see turned into an incredibly rewarding journey. The team at Printmaps.net are top notch, knowledgeable about the software and site. By the time I was through, I got more than what I expected. Goggle reviews do not do this company justice. Highly recommend!!

Had a slip up with longitude and latitude. Contacted them, 13 ish minutes later problem was rectified,coupon code issued to re-download maps. I am a happy little tree right now.

I was looking for a simplified map to use with our wildlife conservation reporting and Printmaps provided the most cost-effective and flexible maps available. I was looking for a bespoke map size to fit with our elongated project boundary and Printmaps wasa the only site I found that allowed me to specify a bespoke size.
I first needed to import a project boundary, which I was able to do using GPX format and found just the right map style to use from a selection of different designs on the website. It was also useful to be able to select the various layers of data that I wanted.
I experienced an issue with some of the Opensource data on the map, but Laurin in technical support was able to fix it for me straight away.
Definitely a 5 star service!

We previously ordered custom maps from a cartography design bureau. Would take about 2 weeks, some calls with them and cost $1000+.

With the editor from Printmaps I create these maps on my own. They do look a little less pro but will take me just half an hour and cost a fraction. I have created a couple of map files now, works fine for me.

Just the editor is sometimes a little hard to use or understand. There's definitely a learning curve.

I thank Printmaps and the very helpful Laurin for the great courtesy and attention shown to my needs to create a map with over 100 imported GPX tracks. Meticulous and fantastic work, also available for small adjustments once the main file has been created. Printmaps a great European reality!

The free map that I created was very poor quality when I downloaded it. I was disappointed.

Das System hat ein paar kleine Browser-Unstimmigkeiten, aber das, was es kann und zur Verfügung stellt ist einfach super und es basiert NICHT auf Google-Maps, was den lizenfreien Einsatz bei Werbemedien unproblematischer und sorgenfreier macht. Es gab beim Erzeugungsprozess einer meiner Karten ein technisches Problem, aber dies bekam ich innerhalb von 24 Stunden per E-Mail mitgeteilt und meine Karte wurde kurzfristig nachgeliefert. Unglücklich finde ich, dass an keiner Stelle eine Telefonnummer zu finden ist. Das finde ich immer schwierig, wenn man nicht mit einem Support sprechen kann bei Problemen, um sich nicht auf der Plattform verloren zu fühlen. Wenn der E-Mail-Support aber IMMER funktioniert, dann kann man ggf. darüber hinwegsehen. Die Karte ist bereits gedruckt und ich freue mich sehr, dass es Printmaps.net gibt, denn ich habe keinen vergleichbaren deutschen Dienst gefunden. Daumen hoch und nur einen Stern weniger, weil das System ausgefallen war :)

Printmaps is exactly the solution I needed to create maps online and print them in high resolution. It's very easy to handle. I love to share the maps with my work mates who can continue editing the maps even days later. 5 Stars!!
