Sizing is much too small - size up if ordering from here
Women’s sizes in pyjamas are much too small - I ordered a S which states it’s a size 10 and it was more like a size 6 when it came. I told the company that this was the case and they said as it was personalised there was nothing they could do. So I had to order another top in a size M.
The pants were also much too short.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about the sizing issues with your pyjamas. We understand how frustrating it must be when things don’t fit as expected, especially after personalisation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the sizing and for the response you received.
Your feedback is important, and we'll certainly take it into consideration to improve our sizing guide and communication moving forward. If you need further assistance or if there’s anything we can do to make this right, please don't hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your patience and hope your new top fits better!

The wrong order was delivered
The wrong order was delivered. I notified them with plenty time to send out the correct order on time for my daughter’s birthday party and they failed to send it at all, and were more concerned about me returning the product at they sent to me in error. Really disappointing service, which is a shame as a previous order I had made with them was fine.
