It was simple to design my own receipts the way I needed them set up, which was a lot easier to do on my own than trying to explain over the phone for someone else to design. The communication from the company about my ordered being received, shipped, on the way, and delivered was great. The quality of my product was what I ordered, but I wish I didn't go with the "glued seam" as they tear off easily, but that was my mistake the company did offer me other options for the "seam" I just wasn't sure. Overall, I will continue to use this company!

I'm a long-time customer and can say Printrunner has good prices, quick turnaround, and the quality has been decent. Their website is easier to navigate than other web-based printers, which makes for a smooth ordering process, and you don't have to deal with a middle-man salesperson, although they offer that for account holders. They offer a very large range of print choices. They also offer a nonprofit discount, which I've appreciated.

My caveat with using them is that their customer service is all foreign-based. They're helpful, but it's sometimes hard to understand them and vice versa. I've wondered if they're a print mill because their prices really undercut US-based print places and make it hard for US-based business to compete with them.

I love having business cards that are actually magnets. They are more likely to be kept and seen. The only issue is talking to too many people in the company which makes it overly confusing. All I wanted was a reorder of the same exact thing.

I would like to thank you for my most recent order. It was a last minute idea for my friend's wedding and I wasn't sure there would be time to receive it as the wedding was only 5 days away. The order was originally scheduled to arrive on 4/3/26, just a day before the event. I knew I was cutting it close but that was okay. Your team, however, got the order out early and I received it a day early. Thank you. It took a lot of pressure off of me to get the water bottles ready in time. I will never use anybody other than Print Runner and will recommend Print Runner to any friends or family. Great job, I love the labels and I know my friend's will too.

Haven’t actually looked at the received product yet as it arrived later that it said and I was leaving town so will see when I get back. Delivery said 5-7 days and it was at least two weeks before receiving . The last order that I got I was happy with .
