Unusable cards because the quote on the rear has bad line breaks which caused the text of a quote to overwrite the logo and thus become unreadable.
The front of the card is OK.
They say the 'uploaded artwork' caused the problem.
But I didn't see a problem when I created it with their online tool. Thus, I assume that the view when creating a card is not equal to what happens in production.

7'x4' banner came in top quality, fast, and without error.

Our banner looks great! They made the proper adjustments to get it to fit! Will use them again!

The customer service, the design team, the printing team they all did a great job. They were very cooperative and worked with me to make sure I received the product the way I wanted it to be. After I submitted my request online, I changed my mind about certain details on the banner, I was able to communicate with them and correct the details to my expectations. I appreciate their patience with me. The finished product is so perfect. I am impressed.

I needed a banner for a wedding that is coming up soon. I went on the site, designed the banner I needed and within a very short time it arrived on my door step looking exactly as I requested. Fast turn around and the craftsman ship looked amazing. The material used in the banner is not made from cheap material it is of a quality grade.

Ordered and paid for expedited shipping. Item arrived 4 days after the expected date making it completely useless to us. We were refunded 100 but we were still out 67 for a product we couldn’t use as it arrived after the event. Beyond not receiving the product on time it caused a huge missed opportunity to engage with over 1000 attendees at our event.

The 48-Hour Print team stayed in close contact with me throughout the art-submission and proofing process, and I was amazed at the near-instant turnaround and the arrival of the FedEx truck in my driveway, project completed, product perfectly executed. I could not be more pleased with this firm, their staff, and their products.

What went wrong was have my digital image of what my business cards were supposed to look like and getting something that was probably a printing machine error. The top and bottom of my trim color was not straight or equally aligned.
