Prints & Frames Ltd Reviews

Excellent service, including dealing with bespoke requirements, and follow-up to ensure product arrived on time. Prices very reasonable too.

I recently ordered an L S Lowri print for fathers day. This was an on-line purchase and given the excellent value for money for a Lowri I was eager to see the end product. The frame arrived very quickly, the packaging was excellent, in fact it took some time to unwrap and the the quality of the frame and the print were fantastic. My father iin Law was absolutely chuffed to bits as he grew up in Salford and always wanted a Lowri. Thank you Prints and Frames for making this happen!

Item came very well packaged. Delivered within timescales. Excellent service. Delighted with purchase.

Lovely people to deal with, very knowledgeable and understanding. Very quick turnaround on framing and fantastic pricing structure. Less than half the price of other framers we have used in the past. We have used them several times and are 100% happy with the quality of workmanship.

Excellent quality, service and value.
Good old fashioned customer service, an eye for detail, quality products at an unbeatable price. It actually sounds too good to be true, but I took them a digital file to print, they printed it but decided it wasn't right so printed it again until they were happy with it. I was more than happy with the end result and the printing and framing with a mount came to less than I have paid elsewhere to frame a pre mounted image!

Customer Service excellent following some delivery issues. Richard and his team are a credit. Excellent quality beautiful Sam toft prints. Highly recommended seller and supplier.

Quick delivery. Very happy

Excellent service, prompt delivery, very well packaged, and strung ready to hang, would not hesitate to use again.

The delivery was a little later than expected but a phone call reassured me there had been a delay from the supplier. An email confirmed the delivery and I was very happy with the product. Good to be able to talk to someone !

Good quality prints, well framed, securely packed, with very prompt response to order.

Perfect framing experience. I ordered a frame for an Ai Wei Wei print, brought it in and it was framed for me quickly and with ease. The gentleman doing the framing was lovely and made us feel welcome. The frame and the print look perfect.

Fantastic customer service and product, ordered two of the same by mistake and they contacted me to make sure that I had not made an error.

Bought a very large print of the ‘Flying Herons in Snow’ Japanese painting, which I’ve admired for some time, and it’s absolutely superb quality. They framed it in house for me, and I chose exactly which frame I wanted from their wall of samples, and then was talked through the mount options, and they put the whole thing together for me whilst I was in the shop. When I saw it, it occurred to me that I couldn’t remember the price, and what they produced looked really expensive, but I was bowled over to find it was actually cheaper than I could find a smaller version of a similar thing for elsewhere, online even. Amazing! Got it home earlier and it looks fantastic. Thank you so much. Will be back!
