Excellent customer service, I had a question and Richard replied in minuets, great products and fast delivery, brilliant.

Saw a recommendation to buy a Klipper USB Accelerometer (KUSBA) from a YouTube video by the maker of KUSBA. He recommended this shop for UK buyers. I never heard of nor had made any prior purchases or knew anybody who did.
I am pleased to say there were no issues. The payment went through, I got the order notification, I received the shipment notification and tracking, and then I received the item in new condition.
It worked exactly how I expected it.
I would buy from this shop again for custom 3D printing needs.

This shop had posted on discord printyplease channel for people to give positive reviews to offset the negitive feedback, if trustpilot wants screenshot for this post, I am willing to give them.
I have shop with this store before and had nothing but problems and have now taken my problem more serious
To me all the positive reviews are due to the, I contacted him with with the problem on the 30th October
Yes there is no rule in asking for a review but there is why you are asking for people to OFFSET a negitive, meaning you are asking for positive review is the only way to offset a negitive

I am really kind of puzzled about your response to this review, it not even professional. Not even asking me to PM the problem and try to fix the issue. Instead write a responce. I am not under review here I paid for an item and reported a problem you responded unprofessionally i sent an email it was never answered maybe you should have look over your company emails, as it was not professional I posted it here to show other and yes people that buy from you have the option to give you a review.. it was the fact you call a member Lord crazyman and asking for member of the discord to offset a negative, all the reviews on this page is after you posted that request, there are no review before hand
And all the reviews have the same theme how good you are with complaint

You also using hearsay information this is more likely due to the bad review

I personally would not buy from you again or any others that use hearsay information and your unprofessionally attitude, just from the remarks on products and the naming of product listed on your site

Also I am sorry to say but discord don't use personal information only user names and this is no way a member of discord can know a persons information without a member giving it..so how are you personally liking me to a user name and how is member of discord sharing this information

This is why there is a case for breach of privacy and data protection act been filed for all 3 UK company's that are linked to discord

Also this business is selling items that do not comply with EU and UK EMC requirements

All business and company or manufacturing in UK by law can't sell items that have not passed EMC testing

I wish all the shops work in the same manner as PrintyPlease! Great experience!

Needed a dragon hotend heatbreak. Printyplease had them in stock, delivered fast and as expected. Couldn't ask for more

I'm a completely biased fan of PrintyPlease, but that bias had been earned by amazing customer service, and management that really cares about the community they serve.
PP were super supportive in helping me dig through some mods for my printer build, and were incredibly accommodating to my slightly off norm requests.
When I managed to get a DOA part and spent ages agonizing over how to take pics to make it clear I didn't damage it during assembly, PP were no nonsense, quick response, apology for the inconvenience, replacement in the post.
I don't choose to continue to buy from here for many of the valid reasons you could pick; because the prices are competitive, or the range is great and serves it's niche really well, I buy because I want to see PP do well, because they make building and modding some of the wierd and wonderful printer designs out there possible in the UK, and Meow is just a straight up great guy.

He is very helpful, knows what he's talking about and delivers a great service. I have used PP several times during my Voron project and I shall, no doubt, be doing so again.

I'd have no reservations in recommending PP to anyone who needs an expert supplier.

Good selection of unique and hard to find 3d printer parts in the UK. Definatly my first place to look if I need anything.

I have purchased many things now from Printy Please and have received nothing but extremely helpful service.
He goes above and beyond and will help you if you just ask.
He even soldered a set of Led's for me which i bought from him as i was having trouble with it. No charge and sent them back at his own expense.

Brilliant handy little shop. Yes you could probably get the stuff cheaper on aliexpress but buying from printy, you can guarantee the items are tried and tested, and often next day, which for a one man band is great. He is also very active online for any advice be it orders or cats.
Only downside is that I often find printer parts in my package of haribo.

Fantastic chap, goes above and beyond for his customers. Added loads of extra bits in for me and gave me stickers love his brand being a cat
