I love my original HomePods and when one stopped working I feared the worst as they are not the easiest of things to fix.
I found Howard Conrad via a web search and everything was easy from when I put in my order. They arranged collection, delivery when fixed and communicated well throughout the process.
Glad to have my HomePod back and working again and I can only thoroughly recommend these guys if you face the same issue.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company – I sent them my broken HomePod and from the moment it arrived I received detailed communication about the repair process – including exactly what problems had been identified, what had been replaced, and even a preemptive replacement of a part with known issues. As promised, the flat fee included return delivery and it's been working perfectly ever since.

Took my phone in for a free charging port check up. Fixed the issue in a few minutes. Excellent service

We recently had our mk1 HomePod repaired by Howard Conrad, as there seemed to be two man options in the UK and they had the best reputation. It has completely died, with a suspected fault of a commonly failing part, and not only did they conform and replace that (with a longer-lasting version), they also replaced some other parts that commonly fail to (hopefully) avoid the need for future repairs (and the so called “death-fart”!)
They’ve been efficient, professional, and communicated regularly throughout, so based on our experience I’d definitely recommend them for device repairs.

One of my 1st gen HomePod’s stopped working and, after some research, I found these guys. Everything about the service was top notch. The initial conversation about the process, the communication throughout and the actual fix was all exactly as you would want. I would have no reservation in recommending them. I have another HomePod that I suspect will fail in the same way, so I have kept the packaging :-)

The whole process from booking the repair to sending it away to and receiving it back was so easy and stress free.

Through out the repair they kept me updated and my HomePod was returned fully functioning again.

I sent my dead HomePod into HC after a brief chat with one of the engineers who answered all my questions. The regular comms from the company kept me informed at every step of the speedy process and I now have a perfectly working HomePod, with zero evidence that it has been repaired . 100% satisfied and great value.

Fabulous service. I thought my device was ready for the scrap heap with Apple’s lack of proper support for broken products until I found Howard Conrad. They have restored my HomePod to its brilliant best, new parts fitted, service checks completed and kept informed throughout. I’ll be looking nowhere else for repairs to any of my other Apple products.

Found Howard Conrad through a question on Google AI. So glad I did as they fixed my HomePod perfectly and so far no dreaded “death fart” noise (which is what AI told me it was called! Prompt service and great communication, couldn’t be happier.

Walked in off the street and they were able to fix my issue on the spot. I really pleased with the service and knowledge of the staff member. It’s definitely my go too place for future repairs and issues.

It was a relief to have my “old” iPod brought back to life. It contains many CD’s to be used on the move or away from home. Despite the first new battery not doing the job. They kept on going until it was fixed and tested. Brilliant. Most grateful. I’ll get back to the music now. Peter.

My Mac reacted to a virus. I tried to resolve the issue by downloading an app designed to resolve issues, which, it didn't seem to. As I wasn't sure whether the issue was resolve, and need my MacBook to continue my writing I looked around for the quickest way to resolve my problems. Howard Conrad is near to where I live - so, in total panic I went to their place of work on the Leeds Road, Harrogate. WOW! They were wonderful. Their IT experts not only sorted my problems but cleaned my MacBook. They also helped me to download their anti-virus programme to protect my MacBook. Thank-you Howard Conrad Team. It is so reassuring to know you are there not only for businesses, but people like me, an ordinary user. I am a published writer - and need my MacBook. Love you all.
