Ordered on Wed, initially the installations to be on Monday coz they are fully booked but we told them we not at home. the person called us spoke to the management and moved the installations to Friday.

Your team installed our aircon compressor unit so high outside our bedroom that we can no longer fully open our casement window — an impressive display of planning. In April, Charles assured us he would coordinate with our window contractor for removal and reinstallation. Since then: complete silence.

The smart door lock experience was equally remarkable. I was locked inside my own home because the installer neglected to mention that the gateway/hub also needed to be connected after casually saying, “Just connect it to Wi-Fi.” Our doorbell also rings by itself when no one is outside, and the app lags badly when unlocking remotely.

Customer service deserves special recognition. We were promised a callback at 1700hrs and received it at 2200hrs instead. PRISM also scheduled a lock installation without informing us, leaving their contractor annoyed when no one was home. Following up felt like being passed through the entire call centre just to locate the previous agent handling our case.

We are not particularly IT-savvy, but even we could tell the installation and support were poorly handled.

PRISM’s after-sales service is atrocious, and we deeply regret not returning to our previous aircon and smart door providers.

If inconvenience, poor communication, and endless follow-ups are what you’re after, PRISM delivers excellently.

A Prism TV+ was sold to me by a TV repair company, TV Repairs, which obviously runs a scam operation using Prism TVs. They didn't give me a warranty or an invoice. When I contacted Prism, they sent me a lot of helpful sounding emails but kept insisting that they had no authorized resellers and backed away.
The TV has no serial number on it not does the Settings tab in the TV carry this information. In the 6 weeks I have had it, the TV has worked well, though the color and resolution are only average. However , without a warranty, I am sure it won't last more than a year. Caveat emptor.

Purchase their Cyclone Washing machine. It was faulty on the first day, first run. The water just cannot stop going into the washing machine. Called their service hotline and the person said will need to send a technician to repair. Like shouldn't it be a 1 for 1 replacement? I paid for a brand new washer but prism+ delivered a new but faulty one to me, then simply just offered a repair. I told them I wanted a replacement instead, but they simply said the technician will need to diagnosed first and they can replace only if cannot repair. Finally when the technician is here, he literally repair all the parts he can think of but it doesn't fixed the issue, so they finally agreed to replace. BTW, when the technician was doing the replacement, the inside of the machine looks like some cheap plastic materials put together. I guess you really get what you paid for. What is worse, I still need to wait for 1 week before the replacement delivery! it is already very frustrating to encounter such an issue, yet there doesn't seem to have any effort done to resolve this issue ASAP. My last purchase of a Prism product ever.

I briefly spoke to Crystal from your Tampines Mall store and took her number for future contact since I have yet to decide which particular model I am getting. However when I was home, my fridge started “showing tantrums” Prism+ of cos came into my mind first so i reach out to Crystal to find out more. Despite that, she never rejected me and assist me giving me suggestions. Thank you Crystal! Oh not forgetting your delivery team too who are very patience towards me when they remove my fridge waited for me to clean the floor. Thank you so much Prism+ and team!

As Singapore went into one of its hottest periods of the year, my house air-conditioning decided to retire after a short stint of 6 years. I was advised to replace the whole system instead of repairing it.

While exploring options, I came across PRISM+, and the idea of installing a ceiling fan in my bedroom came back. Decided to go for it.

Placed the order, delivery was arranged quite quickly, and installation was smooth.

It’s been 9 days since installation, and honestly, I’m really glad I made this decision. The ceiling fan cools the entire room evenly, unlike my standing fan which only oscillates within a limited range.

The control is what makes the biggest difference. Being able to adjust the fan speed, light brightness, and colour temperature all from a single remote is a game changer. No need to get out of bed just to switch off the lights at night or turn them on in the morning.

Now I’m already planning to install 3 more units at home. One for my mum, and two for the living room.

I’m also seriously considering their air-conditioning for my entire house.

Purchased their air conditioner, but it leaks every 1-2 months for the past 1 year. Their servicing team has no idea how to fix the problem, and regularly charges $90 just to water wash the pipes and filter. Service is also bad. Appointment was initially set to 11-12pm, but at 11:45pm I was notified that the appointment was rescheduled to 1pm, affecting my schedule.

For context, my air conditioners are used mostly at night with doors closed, no humidifier, etc, basically there's nothing unusual with the usage.

The temperature sensor of their air conditioner doesn't seem to be accurate. 26 degrees feels 5x colder than 27 degrees with the same fan speed (auto) and settings.

What I dislike most about this brand is that they try to advertise "their factory" by making the talent or staff wear a prism+ coat, but turns out, the factory is an OEM factory in china. Take a look at their ads. Some comments were also deleted. Nothing wrong with OEM if they can assure standards and service, but by making it look like they own the factory, it feels like an attempt to deceive the audience, in my opinion.

For new home owners thinking of jumping into their products because of heavy discounts, I suggest for certain appliances like aircon, fridge, washers, you should go for more credible brands. That said, the only things that are working as they should are their fans, but I personally feel they are a bit flimsy.

Installation is fast and smooth. It is done neatly and professionally.

This is not my first time purchasing items from Prism. Not only their products are affordable and reliable, their customer services are always without delay, from contacting me to schedule delivery dates for my fridge or TV, and when I needed to contact them during the warranty period, their technician would come to do troubleshooting promptly within 1-2 days after my phone call.

Shit quality.
