On the whole a great service. I would've preferred to have the same person for continuity but appreciate that wasn't always possible.
Had a few issues along the way but used the service for 2 years and was happy overall.
Moved house out of their catchment area so had to stop using.

Danielle and her team were amazing, especially Chris and Kirsty. They were able to accommodate my working hours and left the house spotless. Would highly recommend.

A truly professional service. I felt that I was in good hands from the start when Danni made her assessment of the house. No BS, just clarity and straightforwardness. This was an end of tenancy clean and we booked the cleaners for the very last day. The previous cleaners let us down but Chris and Kirsty arrived as planned, cheerful, efficient and energetic. A real tonic. They did a fabulous job, paying attention to all the details we asked for and even cleaning one of the carpets twice to get some stubborn stains out. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and I will definitely use them again. 5 stars plus!

Danielle was excellent organising cleaning for an elderly relative with dementia. The cleaning team were efficient and polite and the service was great value.

We’ve been using Pristine Passion for around two years and have always found their cleans to be an excellent standard. They bring their own equipment too so no need to worry about that side of things. All the cleaners we’ve had are excellent and Danielle is very quick to respond to requests and flexible.

Great service from Pristine Passion looking after our rental cottage. They are always helpful and quick to respond to requests and any issues. A few hiccups during our first year but nothing that wasn’t resolved easily. We’re more than happy to continue with them and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning or changeover service.
