Order not delivered.
I placed Order No. 4188 at 2025-07-07
On 2025-07-27, Prithvi Mart sends mail, that order is shipped to Denmark.
On 2025-08-10, Prithvi Mart sends mail, that order has been delivered 14 days ago (apparently approx. same day it was shipped) and they want me to Review the company.
I have constantly sent them e-mails and get NO response.
And of course - I have NOT received the Order.
So now I am going to get my bank to redraw the payment.

Fake Scam Company - Stay Away
I am from UK, I placed an order on their website. The same day my credit card details were used at various other locations. They had fraudulently used my card.
On their website it states they will deliver within 7-8 business days. After they failed I contacted them several times. No response. After a month they did respond and made lame excuses as to why the order was not fulfilled.
After 8 weeks the products eventually were delivered. However, they were fake and not the genuine items.
I'm left really frustrated and angry.
Stay away from this company!

They sent half order and leaked products and took one month to receive it
They never respond and sent incomplete order . Waited one month still few items are missing from order .

Regarding the leaked product, the refund has also been issued. Since this was shipped via airmail, sometimes pressure differences can unfortunately cause leakage, though we have now improved our repackaging to prevent such issues in the future.
