Had a really good experience with price autos. Michael was very welcoming and made my experience easy and enjoyable with buying my first car. I absolutely love my car, it has been well looked after, and was in great condition when I collected it. There was an issue with our bank transferring the money, but again Michael allowed us to take our time & get our issue sorted with our bank & was very patient as this had taken around an hour to sort. Thankyou Michael for excellent customer service & making our experience nice & smooth.

Was handed the keys straight away no standing over whilst looking was open about everything the cars had done and needed and where it came from allowed unsupervised test drive. Was pleasent polite and overall no pressure. Organsing a viewing was easy to deal with and very accomidating including delivery of vehicle. Thank you

The car was delivered to my home on day arrange. Car looks better than in the photo's. The gentleman who delivered the car was very polite and friendly not pushy at all. Took car on test drive all ok. Made several inquiries prior to having car delivered no problem answered all my inquiries. Brilliant would recommend.

Bought a car today from prize autos. First time buying a used car and the experience was easy and simply. First, communication from emails were quick and efficient and answered all my questions. When we arrived at Prize Autos we were left to look around the car and take it for a test drive on our own which was lovely. Car was super clean and tidy and exactly how it was displayed on the website. All documents were given to us and all correct. Car is perfect a great value for money.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Michael. I recently purchased an F-Pace on finance, and the team made the entire experience completely seamless. They gave me plenty of time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and take it for a test drive. Not only did they offer me a great deal on the car, but they also upgraded my warranty cover at no extra cost. Overall, brilliant service will definitely be using them again in the future.

I actually blame my own stupidity for the awful experience that I have had with this company. I should have listened to the warning bells going off in my brain when 'Michael' would only communicate via WhatsApp and phone. However, I still went ahead and bought the car.
1 star is awarded for the delivery of the vehicle by a third party, which arrived when they said it would.
Within a day, the coolant warning light came on and had to go to the nearest garage. That was the tip of the iceberg. Two months of misery followed. Basically, the car turned out to be a heap of junk with a huge list of major faults that cost me in excess of £2,000.00 to repair. The 'warranty' that came with the car was worthless as they only cover new faults, not existing ones.
I suspect that 'Michael' possibly knew this. After all, he 'promised' to send me a receipt via email. Guess what - It never arrived, despite me repeatedly asking for it!
My advice? Don't do it. Whatever you do, don't use this garage.
