The product was made my granddaughter's skin dry and itchy. She hated it. I tried to cancel the subscription, Good luck with that. They have the worst website for problems ever!!! They lure you in with the assurance that you can cancel at anytime and then the cancel subscription button on the website doesn't work. Don't try it!!

I didn't received my wage, my colleague as well. He didn't payed NI and taxes and didn't even informed us about that. People was waiting for their computers a month even more. No trust, no respect ,no mercy... First time in my life I've meet someone like that. I would not give even one star!

i received a 50% off voucher in my pretty little things order so i decided to order from pro active.
First the fine print is so small you have no idea you have signed up to a subscription. i noticed monthly payments coming out of my account. I called up and did not get through to anyone, the phone constantly hanging up on me.
I emailed explaining i never knew i was on a subscription and proof of my new home address to prove i hadn't received ay product and would like to either cancel and get a refund or stay signed up and get re sent the product i missed as i actually saw results.

The customer service agents response was "you should have read the small print" After my frustration i asked to cancel and she responded "i cant cancel via email you have to call up"

Calling up several times with no answer. My experience continues to get worse but i'll be typing forever.

I actually liked the product and it helped my acne but their service was sooooo bad i couldn't give my money to them

for those that have acne buy a salicylic acid soap on amazon..works better than this brand that is 10 times the cost!

Any product that makes up and advertises 'with our new formula Cumbiotic'!! Lol. How do people fall for this crap?

Well I called proactive to place an order for my teenage daughter. Well after being on hold seven different times from the customer service representative I grew a little irritated. He was very very rude and not helpful at all and I thought it was strange that he kept putting me on hold. I eventually had to hang up on him because he got very rude.

Absolutely rubbish product. My skin got worse every few days new spot has appeared which didn't happen so often before using this product. Wasting money and time.

This product works. It does depend in your skin type. But, I was not aware this is a subscription based product. When I called to cancel they said someone will call back.
Now I have a second box of cream I dont need. This is a very disappointing and will not be buying any prodcuts in the future. Will continue to call and cancel.

I didn’t see any difference in my skin so I could have carried on using my usual products for a lot less money. Beware of the auto product renewal, I’m having to send mine back at a cost of around £3 to myself.y personal opinion is that I should be the one to decide if I want to reorder, when I said this to the customer service agent he smuggly told me it’s in the terms and conditions which does not make it right. In a nut shell poor product and poor customer service.

I ordered for a 90days kit, it arrived and it did absolutely nothing on my skin, my husband called and canceled the 90days kit cos I thought it was for 30 days. They cancelled the 90days kit and my husband paid in full for a 30days kit which came, and before I knew it, they’d send another 90days kit even after it’s been canceled. Now they are charging me £48, and has been sending me letters to pay for what didn’t work and what I didn’t order for. PROACTIV IS A SCAM PLS DESIST FROM IT

Sent for this to try and another delivery came I'm being charged £98 for never orderd it THIS Is A SCAM and hard to get money back this is theft beware

These products did absolutely nothing for me, in fact it actually made it more agressive, l
Tried to cancel twice but kept sending them out, therefore costing me more to return. Disgraceful

My daughter bought this product that had very little result and then they kept sending her more and taking money from her bank account even after she cancelled it and when she sent it back they didn’t refund !!! Avoid !!!

I loved the 3 Step Proactive plan, i tried different ways to get clean skin but nothing worked as well as Proactive. Ordered for a month and then another 3 month plan. However the skin smoothing exfoliater with teh 3 month plan only last me 1 month. Meaning i have to now buy another skin smoothing exfoliater, when i shouldnt have to, so my skin stays clean.

Cut phones off after six minutes obtain wrong DPA details agent (I suspect) pretend to be manager to feedback have to write in what a dreadful customer experience

One of the worst experience iv had with an online order, I ordered the Proactive product on the 24th April 2018 which apparently got delivered to me a week later but its now the 23rd May and I still haven't received it, I have been on an email conversation with Toni who keeps telling me they are looking into it and are in contact with Hermes who said the product was delivered to me, I have asked my neighbours and they have not received anything. If I was not in the area there is no way I would have signed for it. A copy of the signature was emailed to me and it isn't even my signature.

I called the customer service number and funny how the line got disconnected whilst they were looking into this for me, I called again and got told that they will contact Hermes again to investigate which will take 3 days for them to respond, then a letter will be sent to me to telling me if I want the product sent again (HELL NO) or a refund, the process from them contacting Hermes and getting a letter out to me will take 7 days.

I wouldn't recommend Proactiv to anyone, not worth the time, money or effort, its been a month since I ordered it and nothing has been done about it.

Customer service disgraceful. I ordered 1 "kit" for my daughter which didn't help her skin at all !!! Then I received another set ..which I did not order??
When I called I spoke to Bernette who continually huffed and buffed her way through the call. She told me when I purchased the "kit" I signed up for a 90 day supplier to be paid in installments? It is in tiny print at the top of the screen - she had to read it to me! I told her to cancel this and destroy my card details she told me she couldn't do this ?? I asked to speak to her manager, she told me there was no manager and only 2 staff in the office ? Which was clearly untrue as there was a lot of noise in the office - she said they shared an office ?? A manager could call me in 10 days.... could their customer service get any worse ?? OH YES IT CAN .. She told me a manger could call me bck in 10 days, I asked what time they would call she said she didnt know, I asked what if I couldn't answer or they couldn't get through? Her answer " Well I can't do anything about that ". Would they call me back I asked . Her answer " NO". She then told me I could return the item and the payments would be cancelled. I told her she could have saved herself all the huffing and puffing and time if she had said that when I asked to cancel my order. TOMORROW I WILL RETURN THE UNWANTED GOODS AND PAY THE POSTAGE ??

IF YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE REMEMBBER TO USE YOUR MAGNIFING GLASS TO READ THE TINY PRINT AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE !! BUT ALSO REMEMBER IT DID NOTHING FOR MY DAUGHTERS SKIN JUST STRIPPED IT SO IT WAS SORE.

Worst than shockingly bad, it is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very very poor customer service and very misleading. I ordered 30 day kit which was OK and lasted me longer than 30 days so I decided that I did not need the 90 day kit any more, I requested for them to cancel my 90 day kit, despite my request they still sent me the order and debited my money. I then requested customer service to arrange for the collection of the parcel which at fist they were not willing to assist but as it was not my fault they then reluctantly agreed to arrange pick up but it never came. I waited all day for the pick up and wasted all my time. I then emailed them for there help but they never replied. Very very poor and unprofessional customer service. At least if they have replied to my e-mails I would have felt a bit better, but this way I feel that they do not care about there customers.

Shockingly bad. Product arrived fine, didn't make any noticeable difference. Was billed again the following month and sent another produce, which we hadn't asked for. Spoke to customer services and returned second products as requested. Still no refund despite numerous calls. We are almost expecting them to try the same scam next month. Please check your statements for repeat payments.

But all of then failed to give me the desired results, so after a point of time i gave up very thing and thought of going with herbal remedies. Finally when nothing worked out, this amazing solution came to my life, I met my old classmate who suggested this whitening ex for my skin. I was worried at first since i have a sensitive skin and full of acne, but then she assured me that this product shall take care of very thing. I saw the price on the website, it was very cost effective. Being a housewife i could afford the price it was so economically priced. So i ordered it that very moment without any hesitation, since i could easily spent that much amount for a product like whitening ex. Post delivery of the product, it did everything as promised and i have my glow back. In-fact now i look younger and acne free.
