Poor Deep cleaning and Pest control services from home Triangle
We booked for Deep cleaning and Pest Control services. When we called the Pest Control partner of Home triangle, they person said, it is better to do pest control minimum 24 hours prior to Deep cleaning. Accordingly we requested him to come the next day and carry out pest control. When he sprayed the pest control, we couldn't even smell any from the spray. The person said he would keep the Gel after the deep cleaning is over and asked us to call him. Since he said he is doing waterproof works, we asked him to carry out epoxy grout for the bathrooms. He agreed to do it along with the Gel. The third day the deep cleaning people 4 of them arrived at 11.00am and started cleaning. They did not bring any tools like broom, mop, bucket etc.,and asked us to provide. Hesitantly we told them to buy it and we will reimburse the money as the house was empty and we were to move into the house only after deep cleaning. We instructed the persons not to use water for cleaning cupboards or any wooden surface and to clean with cleaning liquid. The people did not listen and started to leave at 02.00pm itself, when we checked we found dirt all over and not removed. The even did not bother to clean the bucket. They left in a hurry. When we called and complained to the owner of the deep cleaning partner (to Home Triangle) he simply said we will send one person tomorrow to clean, please send money (we paid 10% advance to Home Triangle and we were asked to pay the rest to their working partner). the next day no one came, we called and there was no response. We also found lots of insect roaming about instead of falling dead. When we called the pest control person, he said we have to pay money for him to come and do again. We called Home Triangle and complained, but they were not helpful. The deep cleaning guy is still behind me for money (Rs 5,500/-) for nothing. Home Triangle is a cheat company. this is the first we engaged the and will be the last time too.

Extremely disappointed with the service from HomeTriangle. I had booked a sofa repair appointment for 10:30 AM, but no technician arrived and no one contacted me as scheduled.
After waiting, I received a call from a customer service executive asking if the service could be arranged the next day. When I explained that I needed the service as per the booked appointment and could not reschedule, the executive spoke very rudely and suggested that I cancel the booking. When I mentioned that I had received better service from Urban Company, I was shockingly told, "Then go book with Urban Company."
This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer handling is unacceptable. Delays can happen, but rude behavior towards customers should never be tolerated. HomeTriangle should seriously review the conduct of such employees, as interactions like these damage the company's reputation and customer trust.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Their fridge third party vendor is a cheater. He will add whatever he learnt in the estimate to take money. They say 30 days warranty but forgot he will not turn up . Raising complain to home trainage I think it's of no use. May be I will see if this gets notice or else I have bill and all documents to submit in consumer court. It's not a small money.

Extremely disappointed with HomeTriangle’s service.
This is the second time I’ve faced the exact same issue. HomeTriangle accepts the booking and collects the advance payment without any problem, but later calls to inform me that no vendor is available in my location. This has happened on both weekdays and weekends, so it clearly isn’t a one-time issue.
What is most frustrating is that my address is provided at the time of booking. If your service providers only operate within a 10–15 km radius, why accept the booking and take advance payment in the first place? Customers should not have to waste their time waiting for confirmations only to be told that service is unavailable after payment has already been collected.
This reflects poor planning, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for customer convenience. Before taking customers’ money, HomeTriangle should first verify vendor availability and service coverage.
Very poor customer experience. I would not recommend this platform unless they improve their booking and vendor allocation process.

Good place to find vendors for home improvement services, AC servicing/installing etc is a bit of a dicey thing and I won’t comment , but otherwise a great place to get your work done , unlike other platforms ..

Worst experience with HomeTriangle fridge repair service. A technician named Syed came to repair my refrigerator and claimed that 3 parts needed replacement. He charged a very high amount saying everything was replaced, but later we found that only 2 parts were actually changed.
Because of this poor and misleading repair, the compressor eventually got burnt, and I ended up spending more than the cost of a new refrigerator. HomeTriangle customer support was also not helpful in resolving the issue.

What's worse is the complete lack of customer support. Despite multiple attempts to contact the team via phone, email, and messages, I was met with deafening silence. No callbacks, no responses, just empty promises. When I reached out to the founder, Saritha, I was ignored.
The team only sprang into action after I went public on social media, and even then, they're dragging their feet. No refund, no apology, no explanation. It's clear they only care about taking your money, not providing service.
To anyone considering HomeTriangle, DON'T. Their ads are a trap, and their service is a nightmare. I've learned the hard way – don't trust them with your hard-earned money.

HomeTriangle - Don't hire Mahesh
am one of the victims of HomeTriangle’s poor service. I made an online enquiry to get a UPVC/Aluminium utility door realigned. The issue was minor and only required simple realignment, so I decided to hire a professional to fix it.
After submitting the enquiry, a person named Mahesh visited my property, inspected the utility door, and quoted approximately Rs. 2000. He assured me that the issue was simple and would be fixed without any problem.
The following day, he sent another person named Satish Reddy. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that he did not know what he was doing. Instead of realigning the door, he dismantled it and started making completely new holes in the door frame without any proper reason. After watching him struggle for about an hour, it was evident from his actions and body language that he had no real experience in fixing such doors. To prevent further damage to the door and frame, I asked him to stop the work and leave.
Later, Mahesh said he would personally come with a carpenter to fix the issue. However, even they failed to repair the door and left it in the same dismantled condition. Mahesh then mentioned that he would arrange someone else in the evening to fix it, but by that time I had completely lost confidence in him, his workmanship, and the service provided.
My sincere advice to others is to be cautious before hiring people like Mahesh, who appear to have little knowledge of the work they take on. Please make sure you properly research before assigning any repair work.
I definitely would not recommend HomeTriangle, especially the person named Mahesh, who in my experience was unskilled, unprofessional, and unreliable. In the end, I had to hire another tradesman entirely to reinstall the utility door properly.
It is disappointing that HomeTriangle charges premium prices while delivering such poor-quality service.
