Customer Service as it should be.
I recently used Cycletrade and unfortunately we had a little issue with the order, I contacted them and they were quick to get back to me with a solution.

The solution worked for me, I kept part of the order and sent the wrong item back (these things happen), I was promptly contacted to say they had received the item back and was then promptly refunded for said item.

Their communication was excellent through out the sale and the issue. I would happily recommend this company I and will certainly use again in the future.

It is often not the problem but how the problem is resolved and I was more than happy how this was resolved.

Keep up the awesome work, customer service or service like this seems hard to come by these days.

Bought some grade B+ SRAM brakes and they are as good as new. Delivery was quick and well packaged...

I was in desperate need of a Mountain Bike Fork but my budget couldn't allow me to get the specific brand and type of fork I wanted because my budget was less by more than half of the required cost of a fork. As I was googling around I came across cycletrade and they delivered a better MTB fork of very high quality, specification and most importantly within my budget.

Paid with Google Pay which used an old delivery address by accident so I immediately contacted customer support who told me no problem they would amend it to the correct address. This didn't happen and the item was then sent to my old address which is 150 miles away so I obviously could not get the item. I contacted them since and have had no response. Won't be using these again.

I sold bike frame to this company and communication and service was top drawer and money was in bank within minutes
Definitely use them again maybe I’ll be purchasing from them next time

Having done a bit of research, I chose the new saddle I wanted for my MTB and searched for it online. Cycletrade had a brand new one available at about half the price I had expected to pay. Delivery was very fast and I was able to fit the new saddle in time for the weekend ride. Looks great and is very comfortable. I'll certainly check out Cycletrade in future and have already recommended it to my buddies. 11 out of 10 for customer satisfaction 😁
