Found what I wanted. Ordered. Didn’t receive tracking. After 3 days hadn’t received tracking. Emailed. Reply within a couple of hours saying there was a problem in the tracking and put it right. Received item next day as expected. Quick and honest response to and sorting out of an issue…….good service

Reasonable prices and the reassurance that parts have been inspected for defects before being sold. Love the grading system and multiple photos of parts so that you know exactly what you’re getting. Due to the nature of supply chains at the moment. The part was available, so that is a win. Overall part arrived quickly and the price was not completely unfair. Overall happy with the service and communication.

Really unhappy. Ordered pair of TRP Spyre brake calipers, listed as 'Grade B', ie used but fully functional. It immediately became clear this was not the case. The cable barrel adjuster on one caliper had broken. when I tried to unscrew the barrel adjuster on the other caliper, it broke, leaving the threaded part seized into the caliper body. The pad in/out adjustment doesn't work on either caliper, and one caliper is missing part of this in/out assembly. The brake pads look unused... unfortunately they are the wrong type for this brake. They can be pushed forward or back about a centimetre when fitted into the caliper. Now I've got the faff of returning these brakes for my refund.

Had been looking for a vintage Trek OCLV for a long time and they had exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a Giant TCR frameset between Xmas & New Year. The item was exactly as described. It arrived the following Friday 👍. Allowing for Bank Holidays & the NY weekend it was a very speedy dispatch. The frameset was wrapped with lots of bubble wrap and in a decent sized frame box 👍📦. This was my first purchase through Cycle Trade UK and I look forward to dealing with them again in the future be it selling or buying.
