ProfessionalCarpets Reviews

I needed 2 new carpets and decided to try local companies after getting a quote from tapi😳.
Paul was meticulous and offered 2 carpets that best suited my requirements even though they were not the most expensive, the quality is excellent.
George, the fitter, was polite and thorough a credit to the company.
In a nutshell Professional carpets offer fantastic service at exceptional prices with top quality carpets, I would highly recommend

Really happy with how the whole experience went. Paul was easy to deal with, the carpets were fitted within the agreed timeframe and we’re very pleased with both the price and quality. Would definitely recommend!

Paul and his team were polite, professional and efficient. I am very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Professional Carpets.

The best service ever. From start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. So happy with this company. Definitely the best of the best

Excellent 👍🏻 we cannot fault Paul and his fitters, they are polite, and on time, great quality carpets fitted at a great price. We have had several carpets from Paul and sent many of our friends to him too, they are just great !

Nice luxury vinyl provided by Paul and excellently fitted by Russell, thank you both

5 Star says it all. Paul was so helpful, he organised the fitting and knew exactly what I wanted and got it fitted quickly for me. Big thankyou to all.

I would highly recommend Professional carpets. Paul really helped us out with fitting a carpet quickly as my dad was being discharged from hospital. Lovely carpet at a very good price. Thank you so much.

We have used Professional Carpets a number of times and always very happy with the service from Paul. Wide range of samples, good value & prompt getting carpets fitted. Great job by the fitter, Steve.

Paul was amazing. Even called me when on holiday! Such good service and cannot recommend enough. All my family will use Professional Carpets now and highly recommend 😊

From first contact Paul was great, he visited with samples, arranged a very fast turnaround and his fitters did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased.

I love the carpet quality and at a price that represented great value. Steve, the fitter, was great too. All in all, their name truly reflects their product and service.

We are always use this company for all my properties.
Excellent service

We had fantastic service great value from Professional Carpets. The fitter, Steve, went way above and beyond what would normally be expected - so many thanks to Steve for fixing-up the other carpet that was looking so tatty (we didn't even ask - Steve did a brilliant job on the bedroom carpet then noticed the landing carpet was fraying and coming away from the grippers at the edges, so he tidied them up!) Thanks again for the brilliant service!!

Never used Professional Carpets before but would recommend them. Paul was very helpful in assisting our choice of carpet. Fitters were great. Very fast. Great job.

Used them for many years never let us down true professionals

The fitter Steve was very nice and went above and beyond. My floor was cracked abit under the old lino so he sorted it out before laying new lino. I suffer with a disability so could not move appliances but the fitter managed to lay under the cooker, washing machine and the fridge. Most importantly was very reasonably priced with good quality lino, would recommend and use again.
