I'm writing an unprompted review for this company after another exemplary contact with them. We got our first Larvik Quadrant shower cabin for our main bathroom upgrade over 10 years ago - it still looks good without leaks. There was some wear and tear to the screen rollers after several years of daily use, and replacement parts were sent out without quibble. We have since fitted two more cabins at home - one to replace a mouldy tiled ensuite shower and another in an extension and have also fitted two in rental flats. Kelly has repeatedly provided fantastic customer service, most recently replacing small components (which our fitter lost) without charge. I particularly like the drainage system which ingeniously catches my long hair, preventing blockages. The glass panels are much easier to clean than tiles and the Monsoon shower heads provide a delightful shower. Thank you.

We have two 90x90 quadrant Larvik units from Eden Showers, one for ten, since 2016, and the other for six years now with absolutely zero problems. During a recent partial room renovation, I actually had to completely relocate the older one from one side of the shower room to the other. Doing that would be completely impossible with almost any other type of shower on the market. They might not look quite as stylish as a high-end, built-in walk-in shower with concealed hardware, but they are so much easier to live with, simple to maintain, and significantly cheaper. I assembled both units myself and found the instructions perfectly adequate. True to the company's claims, neither has ever leaked—by design, they simply can't. To give some context on why these pods are so superior: we also have a traditional built-in sunken shower in the house. I know for a fact that one day it will leak—it is a ticking time bomb. When it goes, it will be replaced with an Eden. We also have a standard over-the-bath shower with a concealed valve behind the tiles. That valve now needs servicing, but access is incredibly difficult and the installers didn't provide isolation valves. It is an absolute pain. If that setup were an Eden unit instead (ok it wouldn't be a bath), it would be a quick and easy job. Highly recommended for those who value utility and maintainability over style.

We bought the Larvik Quadrant shower 1000 x 1000. Kelly was super helpful answering all our queries. We have been using it for 2 weeks now and quite happy with it. Everything works as expected. I did have few queries which Kelly answered on the call. We did look at Insignia however went for Eden Showers for the build quality and reviews online.

We bought our Larvik Quadrant shower cubicle in 2022 and we couldn't have been happier with the delivery and ease of fitting. I fitted it myself and found it to be straight forward and not at all difficult. The unit itself is absolutely stunning and has functioned brilliantly since then. The after sales service matches the product 100%. Kelly and her team answered all of my installation questions without delay. The only times I have had a minor issue with the product Kelly has resolved them quickly and efficiently and probably going beyond what could be expected from any customer service.
I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking of buying a shower like this to look no further than Eden Steam Showers.

You can phone and talk to somone!!I spoke to the owner and a lovely lady who were both very helpful .
Had few things to sort with product but they resent parts with driver overnight arriving very early the next day and im over 100 miles away.
Nothing was too much trouble well worth recommending and their five stars.

Like all things you can have problems with them, the steam generator stopped working, Eden steam showers were absolutely excellent they are sending me out a new steam generator at no cost and the shower was out of warranty, this in my opinion makes this the best place to buy steam showers,

Can't rate this company highly enough. Kelly is extremely helpful. Our fitter had not installed one of these models previously but was very impressed with quality and ease of construction/installation.
Had my first shower in our cabin with monsoon lid and it was amazing. Better shower than in all the 5 star hotels I've stayed in. I will definitely be purchasing another one for my ensuite.

We bought a shower cabin from Eden Steam Showers 10 years ago. The company have been brilliant as far as support is concerned. After recently struggling to source a shower waste pipe that needed replacing I telephoned them for advice, and within 24 hours a replacement arrived at my home. I can't recommend this company enough.

This was our third shower cubicle from Eden Showers and as usual the Customer Service was second to none, brilliant service throughout. Due to an extended period between delivery and fitting it was only when opening one of the boxes that an non obscurred side panel was found, a quick call to Kelly at Eden and a new panel was delivered within a few days, exceptional customer service. Would thoroughly recommend them to others and will use again ourselves.

I have had my Eden Steam shower for many years now. It is the best appliance I have ever bought. On the 2 occasions I have had to request any after sales service, the response has been impressive. Parts supplied free of charge and my compliments to Kelly.

Shower Pod..... The product is excellent quality and assembled well. Needed the capability to move in its local area as space tight in old Cottage for replastering of earlier mistakes made with traditional Shower. It was perfect!
