Very happy with the service.
Had issues with the link to continue with my application but the company and particularly Bianca, were fantastic this morning getting it sorted.
A few hours on the phone and emails back and forth but my internet was the issue. (security for my end which was good in itself)
They were so patient and helpful.
Have dealt with them previously and had no issues then either. Highly recommend!

Customer facing side was very helpful… but
Customer facing side was very helpful and informative but unfortunately the back of house side needs to get their act together...
When trying to renew a contract on a business account that had already signed up previously, they changed the rules this time around with who is allowed to sign up on behalf of that company and required me to make a new account in order to sign a new contract.
Just an unnecessary extra amount of work where it should have been a simple renewal by an authorised person of the company instead of needing the direct intervention of the director...
Otherwise though, it's been a very easy experience working with Procuret. It's only this recent situation that has left a rather sour taste.
2/5 stars might seem harsh but this situation has seriously left me bewildered and somewhat hesitant to trust them next time.
