I was very happy with the delivery service from ProductCare Group. Lee, the technician who delivered my tumble dryer, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He was very kind and patient, and even helped me with installing the dryer. He handled everything with great care and was genuinely lovely throughout the whole process.
I really appreciate the excellent service from Lee and ProductCare Group. Thank you for making the delivery such a pleasant experience!

Super washing machine by Iulian Hurgulet to our address in South Glos today. Answered all our questions and took our old washing machine at ease. Thank you Iulian!

Efficient and friendly professional service

Great experience with Product Care Group and in particular Ryan Hill the delivery driver. Great communication from the company and Ryan, keeping informed of the journey of our goods and the delivery time. Ryan also delivered the item into the room we needed it in without hesitation. All in all, a five star service which many other delivery services could learn a lot from!

Really lovely delivery guys, installed the washing machine perfectly, very kind and friendly.
Alex G and Etienne were by far the best delivery guys I've ever come across. Would highly recommend this company
Thank you

My delivery driver, Iulian M, was incredibly helpful, quick and efficient :) He rang me a few minutes before to confirm I was home.

Ordered freezer from Argos and Product Care delivered, got a text day before and phone call half hour before delivery, Greg the delivery guy was on time, courteous and unboxed with a smile of his face, couldn’t ask for a better service definitely 5 stars from me!!!

Came in the time slot. Greg was absolutely lovely and really helpful. He was really careful while placing the washing machine and going through the house, and had lovely customer service.

Fantastic customer service from ALEX and ETIENNE they had to recycle my old washing machine from my first floor flat and install my new washer dryer they were both professional and helpful navigating small parking area on road and small kitchen area I would highly recommend these smart efficient guys thank you very much for today's delivery.

5 stars for Greg. Helpful and friendly, delivered within the 2 hour time slot and rang ahead to say when he’d arrive.

Only 3 stars for company though. This was the second time for arranged delivery. The first time, despite receiving texts messages for days before and the morning of delivery, stating that our freezer would be delivered on that date and within a time slot, it did not arrive. When I rang to ask where it was, I was told it hadn’t even been put on the van and that I would have to wait another 2 weeks! Not great customer service

Quick delivery, arrived when expected.
Delivered with care by technicians Alex G and Etienne

Greg the driver was very polite and showed a lot of respect for my property and myself .
The product was very well wrapped and packaged which Greg took away . The company that had replaced my product was amazing.

Lovely men that delivered today. Alex G and Etienne, very helpful and polite, took packaging and placed fridge freezer where I wanted it. Top class young men. Great job.

Prompt, efficient, friendly. Thank you Greg!

Dragos was very friendly and professional when installing my washing machine. He asked for my preferences in where to install it and cleaned everything up when he finished, and checked everything was working before leaving.

Quick and efficient delivery service. Great communication throughout. Thanks to Aron and Jordan.

Can’t thank Big Reece and Dennis W enough. They delivered the fridge freezer and removed the old unit with minimal hassle… it wasn't straight forward with a-lot of heavy lifting and manoeuvring
