Brilliant company and brilliant product. Kerry was amazing, always quick to respond to any queries. Informed me of stock and delivery progress. From order to delivery it was about 3 days, delivery driver very accommodating with where he placed it for us. The bag was huuuuge (800kg)! But nearly on a single pallet. For around 50-75mm deep this was enough to cover the area we wanted. Our son absolutely loves it, it feels very good quality and I like the way it is shredded and varying sizes, and feels nice and squishy when walking on it which is exactly what we wanted to protect from the falls. All in all, 1000% recommended and will definitely be ordering more when needed and advising others to use PRS too. Thank you!

Amazing company, customer service is unmatched would highly recommend and will definitely be using again thankyou.

Great product at a very good price. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were extremely lucky as a job they were on was held up a little so they delivered our product within the hour. THANK YOU

Excellent product, good to deal with, the dogs love their area now and no mud and clean fur

Very impressive... had a very quick response to my initial query from Katie. My order and delivery date was confirmed and on the morning of delivery I received a courtesy call. The driver was very helpful in wanting to get the delivery to us. Highly recommended. Liam

I cannot thank Kerry enough for going above and beyond to get us a last minute order organised. Great quality material and excellent customer service. Our son absolutely loves his outdoor play area and we can rest easy knowing he will be safe with these rubber chipings. Thank you

Firstly the product is quite unique and excellent (rubber mini mulch).
But the main reason I would strongly recommend this company is my dealings with Kerry, she went above and beyond to help me, even though it was very small volume. I will use again for sure, definitely 5 stars

Ordered a tonne bag of black rubber chips for a DIY project in our garden. Was surprised how much coverage I was able to get with them and they look the part for a play ground area.

Great communication, efficient service, great quality product.

Thankyou so much definitely recommend! From placing my order I have had plenty of updates reguarding my purchase, I needed my order by a certain date and with me emailing it was sorted straight away to come earlier then expected. Driver was great too!

Bought a builders bag of grey rubber - very fast delivery and great communication. Thank you!

Great company to purchase from, kerry was very helpful, the product was reasonably priced and good quality, delivery was prompt and we were informed of when and how.
Extra points for the delivery company used as the driver was very helpful and got it to exactly where we wanted it.
Not complaints for any part of the process, certainly worth 5 stars

Ordered a builders bag of grey rubber chippings, was unsure if the quantity would be enough but it came and I was shocked into how much we actually got it was such a good amount and for such a good price.
Used in my child’s play area and works perfect.

Had a slight issue paying via PayPal but rung costumer services and they was very helpful to resolve the issue.

Kept in the loop regarding timing and delivery

Great value chippings and super helpful people. They went out of their way to help us, offering guidance and suggestions on delivery options as we have a challenging driveway. Always friendly and a real delight to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Repeat order and couldn't fault the customer service, quick turnaround and communication. Premium Rubber Chippings work nicely so far not attracted any cat poo!! Would definitely recommend for price and service.

I placed the order late one evening, but they didn't have it in stock. I received an email the very next day informing me of this and offering me the premium product for the same price.

When the order arrived, it was exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
