Genuine products
I have placed multiple orders since June 2026, and found their products (GLP-2) to be genuine. I waited to be sure, before writing this review.

Once again
Once again, Profound has proven itself to be a consistent and reputable company. This was the second time UPS lost my order. I contacted customer service at profound and they took care of it straight away. Filed a claim with UPS who determined that they did in fact mess up my shipment and Profound sent me another one out right away. I got it today with no issues. Thank you Profound for being so consistent!

Not worked for me
Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I had previously responded very well to tirzepatide, but after switching to this product I noticed a significant difference in effectiveness. I contacted customer service because I was concerned about the batch/potency and asked if they could investigate or replace it, but they were unable to offer a solution. I understand individual results can vary, but based on my experience I would not purchase this product again.

I had a serious allergic reaction to a contaminated bottle of tesamorelin and tirz. I've never had anything like this happen and when I emailed them they gave me the " not intended for human consumption " bullshit. Do not buy their products!!
