Profound Aminos Reviews

I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan Boster on June 26, 2026. Unfortunately, I misread the terms on the BOGO PROMOTION. Long story short, Megan ABSOLUTELY MADE IT MORE THAN RIGHT. She was very professional and very personable. She explained everything in detail, corrected my error and had me on my way super satisfied EVEN THOUGH I MADE the ERROR. Megan is a SUPER ASSET to Pro Aminos. I have been ordering from Pro Aminos for 6 months and they have NEVER DISAPPOINTED as far as customer service goes and the TIRZ is a GREAT PRODUCT. Thank you again Megan for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 🙏🏻👊🏻💪🏻

Products are always of great quality, packaging is always top notch, shipping is quick and customer service is attentive and wonderful to communicate with. Great company to do business with!

Thank you Profound Aminos!! I’ve been buying my standard lab consumables from the same scientific supply vendor for many years. Not any more. Profound Aminos materials have surpassed my most optimistic expectations. It’s been only two months so far of conducting my scientific research. The culmination of this endeavor is nothing short of triumphant! I am profoundly gratified by the empirical outcomes.
Sincerely, Professor Doodle Bug

So far so good. Will be leaving a reliable review for individuals that want to inquire about the company’s reliability and product quality. Will post an update review in two weeks.

Love.the product ! Delivery service its okay wish it was faster but you get what you pay for but no complaints I love this company very honest company

I have been purchasing research materials now for about six months from profound and have had no issues with any of the materials. The shipping is super fast and any issues that I’ve has as far as billing (my own errors)the customer service is on Point. It is so quick and easy to get any kind of support. Amazing customer service

I have been purchasing from Profound for a couple months now. They have always had great customer service, fast shipping and the Tirz is excellent quality for my research. No issues with any other peptides the sell. Downfall is that Some of their prices are on the higher end & I notice prices change when there’s a sale (I screen shotted my one order to a friend and now the price went up $10 for their BOGO sale). I’ll still continue to order their Tirz because I know it works.

I recently placed an order it was buy one get one well I didn't read that they do not combine offers so I didn't recieve the special I contacted them. They responded very quickly gave me a store credit and I reordered correctly with no hassle! I appreciate the fast response. They went above and beyond they didn't have to fix my mistake but they graciously did without any hassle at all!

Great research products, and amazing customer service. My items are always shipped in a timely manner, and I love that they use UPS for reliable shipping.

Very good product. Works great

Have always had a great experience purchasing

Great quality will for sure order more

Muito bom o atendimento

I had trouble placing the order which was my fault and afterwords the order was canceled.
I called customer service and they reviewed the order and explained what I had done to cause the order to be cancelled and helped me straighten everything out and the order is now on its way.

Product arrived defective. Seal, metal ring, and the stopper all fell off when the top was opened. I asked for a refund or replacement and they sent a shipping label and said they would investigate it...Very bad customer service and products. Would never buy from them again.

I’ve been using Profound Aminos for about four months. Their customer service is outstanding! Very responsive and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they offer frequent promos that make the price even better.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Profound Aminos to any of my friends and/or family.

First off, I placed the order on a Tuesday which they have 2 forTuesdays meaning if you buy two you get one free so I placed an order. Opted to pay with Venmo which they intern send you information and how to move forward with that which they did the next day and so I took care of the payment come Friday I did not see anything about my order so I had to call them up. Let him know that I had an order gave them My order number showed him proof that I made a payment because they could not find it at that time. I double checking to make sure that the 2 for Tuesdays would still hold up. They said it would hold up as far as what is on the billing. Finally got my delivery and of course I only got the two that I paid for did not get the third one free even though it looks like they've got a lot of good reviews. I'm not seeing it that way so Buyer beware.

Fast shipping, easy purchasing. Great customer service. Fast and responsive
