Profound Aminos Reviews

I have been ordering from them for over a year and have used several of their peptides. Amazing products and great customer service. Plus super fast shipping. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Amazing product, and even better customer service!!!

Delivery time is horrible! I ordered on April 24th and today is May 9th and I STILL HAVEN’T received my order. Customer service just keeps telling me to track it…at this point I want a refund!

Super fast and easy!

Love this site! They are quick to get back to you with questions.

I’ve had an amazing experience! My shipments always come quickly and when I have had to reach out for support, they responded so fast! Highly recommend!

I have been purchasing peptides from this company for awhile. I love the quality and also the discounts throughout the week. On top of that they even offer a point system for each order, you then can use those points towards coupons for your order. The check out isn’t that great but they are implementing new and easier ways to check out now. This company is by far my favorite peptide shop

Customer service is excellent. Had a shipping issue and they made it right immediately. They are prompt and honest. A pleasure to do business with.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

I purchased three vials of AOD , and after proper reconstitution using new bacteriostatic water and standard protocols, all three vials developed a gelatinous consistency. This clearly indicates a product quality issue.

I contacted customer support, but instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, they simply suggested that I might be reconstituting it incorrectly. I have experience handling these products and followed correct procedures, so this response was both dismissive and unhelpful.

The lack of accountability and refusal to properly investigate or resolve the issue reflects very poor customer service.

I would not recommend this company based on both the product quality and the way they handle customer concerns.

Quick shipping. Love the deals and so far so good with products.

Informative about products, ease of ordering, discounts are nice, delivery is fast

Had an original issue with this particular shipment. Profound Aminos was prompt. Have purchased twice before with excellent reply time. Would definitely purchase from the company again. Customer Service is Personalized and very efficient. would recommend definitely!

Profound Aminos has some of the best and most reasonable pricing for peptides. The quality is awesome and the way they package it to ship is also superb.

Shipping is pretty quick also they have amazing customer service

Fast shipping and great quality products

Scam ! Asking for social security number ummmm no, photo of drivers license at the new check out site it takes you too !!! Tried to call no answer ! Emailed I was told I had to give the info for check out ! That’s insane! Sure I want identity theft! Extremely aggravating I’m behind 2 weeks now . Looking for a new company!all this changed at the first of April ! I emailed and was told I had to give the info to check out . I only use my CC a Credit Card online and to complete check out you have to answer those questions .

I needed a new supplier after the one I’d been using switched to third‑party crypto payments only and I did not trust that as they ask for personal details - social security number, DOB, etc. I came across Profound on Facebook and did some research before ordering. I was a little hesitant to use Zelle, but the positive reviews gave me confidence.

I placed an order for Tirz and received an email confirmation right away. After my bank approved the transaction the next day, the product shipped quickly. It arrived well‑packaged, and it works great. I’ll definitely order again.

I order my tirzepitide from profound and I have had excellent results. Quality peptides

Happy with shipping time and product. Would like to see more stock as some are always out.
