Poor customer service
Product was good, customer service poor. The website advertises 10% discount for first purchase if you sign up to the newsletter. This wasn’t deducted at the checkout and I then received an email offering me 10% off my NEXT purchase. Spoke to customer service who quibbled about the discount and then begrudgingly offered to credit my card. This wasn’t forthcoming so I called back after a week and they said it was a manual oversight. Eventually received the credit two weeks after my order. Not a great experience and leaves me wondering whether the discount offer is a scam.

Brought some pro green amvista phyter it comes with no instructions at all you go to website there are hardly any instructions and are not very good nothing on how often you can use what to avoid etc and many other things missing do not answer emails no returned calls the Ai chat is useless so I now have a product I can't use absolute shambles and 0 customer care take your money and don't care avoid using them
The reply doesn't change anything it's making excuses and I still don't have answers will never use again

Pre-seed 696 fertiliser rubbish
Bought pre-seed fertiliser. Watered well morning and night for 4 days then once a day. Fertiliser balls did not dissolved and two weeks later still sitting on lawn. Expensive product for no gain. Customer service could not be more unhelpful. I get more results from Tesco on the shelf products.
** Further to your reply I spoke to three people at your end. Sent photos and info on watering programme. No help whatsoever. Last person I spoke to said he would email supplier and get back to me. I provided code on bag. I never heard again hence my poor review. I have no faith that you will resolve this and I have binned remaining product.

shocking service
shocking service. Paid £10.99 for next day service. 4 days later product still has not been despatched and querying whether the order can be cancelled. Poor service, poor company policy that is unlawful. The contract I entered was for next day delivery. Refund therefore follows. Cannot recommend them

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, I’ve used this company many times over the last few years but they let me down massively on this occasion and handled it poorly. I ordered algoclear pro over 2 weeks prior to my job, after chasing up my order as it hadn’t arrived over a week later I was promised next day delivery which didn’t happen, I called again and was told the same it will be out tomorrow. On the third attempt of getting my order delivered I was told they’re having issues with couriers and couldn’t deliver it for a few more days which I explained would mean I now can’t do the job I’ve had booked in and with no time to reschedule with customer, they then offered to deliver it directly to site the next day (again it didn’t turn up so I had to order a different biocide from another company) this was a big expense to me as I had to still pay staff even though we could not finish the job and had to pay additional hire charges on the tower we had as well as another days wages to go back once we had the biocide from another company delivered. I called and asked for a refund and was told it would take up to 10 working days, 12 working days later no refund I called again and was told this refund had not been issued but will do it now and should be with me within 10 working days - lie and lie broken promise after broken promise and all I was given was “your not the only customer that’s having to wait for there order theres nothing we can do about the issue with the courier”. I won’t be using again and now place all my orders with a new company which have been brilliant

Disappointing packaging
I bought from this website because I expected premium quality seeds and professional packaging based on how everything looks on their website.
First of all, the shipping took much longer than expected. There were 5–6 days with barely any updates, especially during the first 3 days.
Then when the package finally arrived, it was just a plain bag with no branding, labels, or proper packaging . completely different from what is shown on the website.
I haven’t actually used the seeds yet, so I can’t comment on the quality itself, but the overall experience was disappointing. Don’t let the fancy website fool you.

Ordering was extremely easy..... was informed about delivery..... but please stop using Parcel Force/Royal Mail for your deliveries.... Ordered a couple of weeks ago and still waiting for my delivery. Pulling your teeth out would be easier than getting hold of people at Parcel force.
Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.
I ordered grass seed on 1st May. As I hadn’t heard anything on 7th May I contacted them. Received an automated message from a bot. On 8th May I did receive a message apologising & saying that the item had been despatched. I was given a tracking number.
According to ParcelForce, they received the item on 7th May & it was “on its way”. It’s now 17:00 hrs on 11th May & no sign of it. Neither has ParcelForce given me a suggested delivery date.
I have now requested a refund. If I do not receive the seed by tomorrow, or a confirmation of a refund, I will contact Mastercard & dispute the transaction.
Package has just been delivered. By ParcelForce Express 24. That’s the biggest joke ever.

Very slow dispatch of product. Poor customer support. High prices
Very slow dispatch of product - 5 working days before product left their warehouse. No tracking information from Progreen. Delivery by Royal Mail was fine but Progreen tried to blame Royal Mail. Instead it was their sub-standard dispatch procedures. Customer support by email uses a moronic AI bot. I called customer support but received a very indifferent couldn't care less response. I have now found that the product I bought is widely available at much lower prices

Appalling inefficiency.
Ordered and paid for an applicator on the 21st April, the wrong item was sent and on complaining the salesman , with no apology said that he would arrange collection of the incorrect one and dispatch the correct one the same day . After 3 enquiries with no response (AI takes over ) I was told no problem ( I explained that it was a big problem to me as I was loosing work ) he would dispatch one that day , this was 6th May ! I asked to speak to a manager to register my dissatisfaction to be told that she was in a meeting but would call me back , surprise, surprise no call ! There appears to be no commitment to customer service and a lackadaisical attitude amongst the staff which would explain this appalling inefficiency.
