So this is what great customer service feels like...
My Project EV charger had dropped off our WiFi network, so I was unable to get charging reports from my App. When I called Project EV's team on their published number my expectations were low, until I quite quickly spoke to Paul. What a well trained guy. He talked me through disconnecting, and then resetting our charger, and shortly after...there were my reports. Brilliant support. Brilliant service.

EV charger not coming online
The initial AI assistant triage was very effective, and I was soon routed to the best place to help.
Sam took over my chat and, after a few further questions, established what needed to be done at their end to make my Project EV charger permanently appear and stay connected.
Sam kept me updated throughout, and even though the chat dropped out he remained in contact via email.
Lewis was very helpful!
Lewis was very helpful with my enquiries, having just moved into the new house which came with the Project EV charger. We were left some information by the previous owners but we had issues with the charger. Lewis was able to unbound our charger which allowed me to create an account and set myself up.

Update - Fixed after a complaint
I write this as someone who has bought two products from this company. The first one worked perfectly fine since 2021 before failing at the end of last year. Rather than fix it, I was offered a £300 upgrade to an apex charger. This was installed whilst I was having building works on my property, and so the installer did not hang the new charger. The charger was hung following completion of the works.
Upon first use, the new charger failed. Project EV sent out an engineer who said that the charger had been taken off the wall and this has voided my warranty. I explained that it had never been hung and following a call to the office they even admitted that this was the case as they had photos and a report from the engineer. By not hanging the charger it had got water in it causing it to fail. I was told that the only option available was to pay another £300 for yet another replacement.
Edit: I’m pleased to say that following this review, I was contacted by Project EV and after they looked at the picture of installation where the charger wasn’t hung, they arranged for a prompt replacement.
