The toners I have bought are excellent quality, I am not able to see the difference between the OEM toners. I had an issue due to a firmware update from HP so if you are coming away from HP I would recommend disabling your firmware updates now. This issue was quickly rectified by Proline, they are fast to respond and are really professional. If you want to get excellent quality at a more reasonable cost then get these.

Delivery is supposed to be guaranteed within 3 days, it has now been 5 days and counting. Reached out several times via email, contact form and by telephone but nobody ever answers. Feel stupid for trusting them to deliver. Next step is to contact my bank an request a refund, extremely disappointed especially as others have given posative reviews (which in my opinion must be fake)

Absolutely fantastic customer service!!!!
After my HP Printer did a Firmware upgrade (unbeknown to me) my ink cartridges no longer worked as not genuine HP, I had been using them without a problem for approx. 2 months. Messaged Proline who immediately addressed the problem and within 3 days I had received another set of replacement cartridges that were compatible. So very helpful will definitely being ordering again. Thank you.

Fast delivery, excellent price, and easy to use battery powered saw that efficiently cut mature ivy stems that were too thick and hard to be cut manually.

ProlineOffice sent me a pack of four cartridges for my HP printer. For some reason two of them - the black and cyan would not be accepted by the machine. I explained this to to Iris at ProlineOffice who sent me two new ones. When these did not work either so Iris then researched the problem and gave me a solution that has enabled the new ones to work. First class and faultless customer service.

I ordered a full set of cartridges for an HP Laserjet Pro MFP 3302fdw printer. As these had not arrived within the expected time scale, I contacted Proline who immediately issued a second set (via a different carrier). I then needed to return one of the cartridge sets to them. Communication with Proline was superb throughout the process. I needed to have a number of email exchanges and raised a couple of queries and was startled by how quickly Proline resonded and the highly personalised feel of these responses. All of this was very impressive, and this is before I compare the prices with the far more expensive cartridges available via HP!
