Defective products and refusal of a full refund.
I purchased a set of 4 compatible Brother TN248XL toners for my HL-L3220CW printer. The website promised "Built-in smart chip, no errors." My printer rejected all four toners immediately (Non-Brother Toner error).
Despite the entire set being useless, they claim that only the magenta toner is faulty and offered a "partial refund." They refuse to provide a return label for the whole set, even though their own Terms & Conditions guarantee a 30-day money-back return. This company is ignoring consumer rights and their own policies. Avoid True Image if you don't want to waste your money on non-working junk and fight for weeks for a refund.
