I've never gone longer than 20 minutes, and a customer service representative contacted me and addressed whatever it was within minutes. Their service is both personal and professional. At a time when the opposite is true with many businesses, Prolon is the exception with very high standards. Your customer care is absolutely disgraceful. A lost delivery with no explanation and not even the courtesy of an apology is unacceptable. Step up your game immediately if you want to be taken seriously.
A simple apology for an order processed on 9th July against order #EUR13419 and still not received on 31/7 would have been appreciated from your CC support team. However it was business as usual for Prolon!

Did not go too well since I ordered a 5 day box only to find that somehow I ordered the subscription vs an individual 5 day box. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the subscription which will impact the price of the box. Probably best thing to do is keep the subscription for an another box and then cancel it. All I wanted was 1 box!

Definitely worth trying
After three rounds of Prolon I have seen some significant changes in my cravings, metabolism, aches and pains, and mental clarity. They have lasted now another 2 months. It’s not a super easy diet, but there is a whole community of followers that help you get through it, which is really quite helpful and amazing. I
Am 68 years old, have a few bad joints from old injuries but otherwise active and healthy to start, but feel even stronger and better. I would recommend learning more about the benefits and see if it’s right for you.

The Real Deal
I had been seeing PROLON Fast while online and finally decided to try it.
I began my first 5 Day Fast on June 3rd... I ate only what was in each days box and followed the program 100% - didn't even have any coffee for the whole 5 days.
I found myself disciplined and not all that hungry (save for maybe Day 3) and never waivered.
After 5 days - I weighed myself on Day 6 and had lost 10 pounds.
I continued eating everything in moderation and using portion control.
I found myself stuck on a plateau and ordered another 5 Day Fast, which I started on July 22nd, so I am currently on Day 5 and down about 5.5 pounds.
Tomorrow I go back to 'normal' eating, but hopefully having reset my body. I hope to continue to lose weight and achieve my goals.
