Promdressshop Reviews

Beautiful dress came right on time.... and was the right size.

the dress was in a good condition, only missing a few embellishments plus I haven't found a little plastic bag containing extra beads or embellishments

I was a little terrified to order my prom dress offline. I didn’t think that it was going to look the same nor did I think it was going to fit correctly. When the dress came in all the things I was worried about turned out to not be a problem . The dress I ordered fit wonderfully . Their customer service representatives were very friendly and polite .

We were very pleased with our purchase! My daughter searched for this dress and it was sold out everywhere! We came across this site on our own online and since I hadn't heard of it before I was a little leary. I dug a little deeper and found out the site was legit and had great reviews! Her dress arrived within 3 days of ordering it! The return policy is a very quick turnaround (which I understand), so I would make sure you plan accordingly. I would definitely recommend this site!

We found the perfect dress. It fits true to size and was a great value.

Beautiful vibrant color. We ordered size 8 but needed to exchange for size 6 due to stretch of the dress. Great customer service and was more than willing to exchange.

Excellent service quick shipping , gorgeous dress it met all of our expectations.

Great selection. Quick shipping. Easy return.

Ordered prom dress on Saturday received by Wednesday-exactly what I wanted and customer service was excellent

From order to delivery to expectation- everything was fantastic with the whole process.

We drove 3 hours in two different directions to find a dress with no luck. Either the fit was wrong on the price was really wrong. Found the same dress at prom dress shop at 1/3 of the price and it came in exactly as shown. I called before ordering to ask questions and they were so helpful. We couldn't be happier. It came in within 3 days and the fit and look is perfect.

The dress got here in plenty of time was exactly as described.

I was totally impressed with the dress! The dress is so beautiful, the pictures didn't do a favor to this beautiful dress! Of course, it was too long, I'm only 5"2, but my tailor will take care of this! This is just a beautiful dress, no words can describe it!

The dress was almost perfect t! Had to have some places altered but great quality and awesome customer service!

We got my daughters dress quickly. She loved it!

It is a very pretty dress. It came out a lot more pink then expected but I love it. I recommend this dress for sure for your next pageant needs

Website was very easy to use. Dress we ordered was shipped the day after we ordered and delivered within 4 days. I was worried about the no exchange or refund, but the dress fit perfectly so didn’t need it anyway.

I purchased a dress for my best friend's wedding in January and have not received a response back. I have made several attempts to speak with someone and have been unsuccessful. I would not advise ordering from this company at all.

This was our first time ordering online from PromDress and we were EXTREMELY Happy! The dress we ordered for my granddaughters sweet sixteenth Birthday which is coming up in September was absolutely Hands Down the most beautiful dress we’ve Ever seen. So I will Highly Recommend Promdress to anyone searching for a beautiful dress for any special occasions.
