Ease of transaction - communication etc.

I have dealt with Propel Finance for several funding deals and found them to always be responsive and practical with their funding support. I have recently completed a deal with the support of Dan Russ and he responded to the initial query quickly, provided rates that were more competitive than other comparisons that I received and carried out the transaction smoothly, dealing with my supplier to arrange payment. Propel will be my first point of call for our next requirement.

Excellent service from start to finish. Chris was professional, transparent, and always available to answer my questions. The application process was quick and straightforward, and everything was explained clearly with no hidden surprises. I was introduced to propel via Barclays through a gentlemen called Muntazir Rajwani. From that initial Contact I felt that I was in great hands and he kindly referred me after doing the initial checks to Mathew bed at propel Finance. The whole process was seamless. I am very disappointed with my experience involving Propel Finance.

In our case, the finance arrangement was not explained in a clear and transparent way at the point of sale. We were not properly made aware of the full 84-month commitment or the true overall cost we were taking on. If this had been clearly explained from the start, we would never have agreed to it.

When concerns were later raised, including the way the agreement had been presented and the high level of charges involved, Propel’s response was simply to rely on the signed agreement and demand a large settlement figure. From a customer point of view, this felt very unfair and did not address the actual complaint about how the agreement was sold in the first place.

My main issue is not just the paperwork, but the lack of transparency around the finance arrangement and the way the complaint was handled afterwards.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other businesses to check every detail very carefully, especially the contract length, total cost, and the role of the finance company before signing anything.

Kyle Smith from propel was very helpful in organising finance for 2 new vehicles for our fleet. Would 100% use again, it was very easy and a smooth process, thanks to Kyle and the team.

I was introduced to Propel by my Barclays Business manager with regarding a loan for my executive car business.
My first communication was with Kelly and I must say what a pleasure it was to have been introduced to her.
Although it was probably just for my benefit that I should try Barclays first and when I did the offer of a loan through them was somewhat out of my reach.
I started to think the purchase of my new vehicle wasn’t going to happen.
Then whilst literally on another call I saw Kelly’s name come up and I immediately changed to answer her call.
The first thing she told me was “I got some great news for you”
Well anything was better than what has happened recently. She told me my loan had been approved and that the purchase of my car could go ahead.
If my arms were long enough I could have hugged Kelly, she made my year already.
The application was straight forward all done online and signed sealed and delivered within a few days.
Dan called me and explained a few things I need to do to finalise the deal and that was that. Less than a week I’m in a nice new Mercedes E class ready to continue my executive car service.
