BEST DECISION EVER - dont waste your money on agents
PropertyNow - the best decision I ever made. I had never sold something on my own before. They saved me thousands. They were helpful and supportive from the outset - great advice, guidance, support, experience, information.... and all done swiftly and professionally. I cannot fault them. If you dont think you can sell your property yourself... forget that attitude...PropertyNow has the experience to help you. Do it.

Hi Peter, thank you so much for your amazing review - and congratulations on your sale!
We’re really glad to hear that your first experience selling privately was such a positive one. It’s exactly what we aim for - giving owners the tools, guidance and support they need to feel confident and in control, without the high costs of a traditional agent.
Saving thousands while still achieving a smooth, professional result is what it’s all about, so it’s great to hear that reflected in your experience.
We really appreciate your recommendation and wish you all the best with what’s next!

Quick & easy!
Just so quick to enter all the details and upload the listing. It’s even more easy for a repeat listing. All the photos and details are saved from the previous listing.

Hi Tom, thanks so much for sharing your experience and for your ongoing loyalty. We appreciate your words. :)
Save yourself thousands, sell with Property Now.
Property Now was easy every step of the way. When researching owner sells sites, Property Now was simple to follow. Once signed up the signage arrived a few days later and the online advertising was easy to navigate, we uploaded our own photos which turned out great. We were in control of when our open for inspections happened. Any questions were replied to within a couple of hours. We chose a private sale and were extremely happy with the outcome, which was a lot more than the local real estate companies valued we would get. And the best news is lower fees and no comission, more money in our pockets.

Continues to be one of the best online services
PropertyNow continues to be one of the best online services available! Tools that enable people to look after their own best interests are of tremendous value. Open for Inspections scheduling continues to be a bit glitchy but on the whole it's a great platform.

Simple for users and easy for owners to obtain details
Great experience. It would be better if there was a simple report which identified each website e.g. domain, realestate.com.au and provided a daily update of number of ad views. It would also be good for anyone providing an application to be provided a link to the RTA Form 22 (QLD requirement) and then download it to Property Now. Cheers Tony

Hi Tony, thanks very much for your review and feedback - we're very glad to hear you've had a good experience with our platform.
Several of the real estate portals do not provide a campaign report, unfortunately. We can provide a report for Domain upon request, though.
