Might have been good in the past, but their AI front-facing customer service is now useless
I used the Property Now service to inquire into a property lease. But their AI service sent me an email about to costs for a property sale.
I replied saying I wasn't looking for a sale, but to inquire about the leasing details. Their AI service sent me prices to advertise a property for lease.
I replied saying I was specifically looking to lease this specific property, and could I get the details.
It replied saying that the contact details for the landlord were sent in the initial confirmation email.
That again was incorrect, there were no contact details in the initial email as the subject of the initial email asked if I wanted to sell a property.
Zero functional service, and just wasted my time.

Hi there, apologies that you've had difficulties with the service and AI response. We have recently begun using AI to respond to simple things, and are still tweaking it unfortunately, which does result in inaccuracies while it learns.
As we only market properties for owners, we cannot respond to enquiries directly. If an enquiry is submitted on a listing on Realestate.com.au or Domain.com.au, the contact details for the property are provided in the original email confirmation for the enquiry.

I have successfully rented my place through Property Now (PN). The PN website is very user friendly and the staff are super helpful and always on hand to offer support if needed. I have used the PN platform several times and would highly recommend it.

A great way to sell your home yourself. Their platform is easy to use and quick to update any changes you make. Find yourself a local photographer and conveyancer and you are all set.
I found the process of selling easy and way less stressful than using an agent - in fact it was fun. You always have clarity, and direct communications with buyers is great.
