Competence, Trust, Professionalism, Courteous, Good Communication
I appointed Pete to undertake an EPC and visual survey of the property in Liverpool. Pete demonstrated competence experience, trust, professionalism and was courteous through his good communication skills. He managed all the communications to the tenants whom live in the property and was good at keeping me updated regularly informing me on progress and feedback. I would highly recommend him to anyone going forward looking for a similar service
