I recently worked with Property Pricer and Ross McLelland for a land valuation on a vacant block for our SMSF client, and they did a fantastic job. Local valuers and agents couldn’t get us what we needed practically and cost-effectively, but Ross came through with a report that was exactly what we were after. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you need a reliable and detailed property assessment, Ross McLelland and Property Pricer are the way to go!

I was trying to work out how I could obtain a retrospective valuation. I stumbled across Property Pricer via a google search. I called on Saturday morning, my phone call was accepted by Ross. Upon enquiring was given clear instructions and I understood costs associated with the report upfront. Upon asking how long it would take, I was told I would have it Monday. Well I received the report on Sunday. Exceptional customer service, was a simple process in the end. Would highly recommend !

They even rang an estate agent to get local knowledge about the property.
