I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting through this tenancy management company.

Following the passing of my father, we had to return to our home country earlier than expected. We acted responsibly by giving 60 days' notice, paying for the additional half month that we stayed, and settling all outstanding costs. We also paid an extra 10,700 THB for air-conditioner repairs and other requested expenses before moving out.

When we left, the property was clean, well maintained, and there was no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Despite this, our 40,000 THB security deposit was not returned. We were given no reasonable justification for the deposit being withheld, even after we had paid all requested charges.

As tenants, we made every effort to meet our obligations, communicate openly, and leave the property in excellent condition. Unfortunately, this was not reflected in the way we were treated at the end of the tenancy.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this tenancy management company. I hope they improve their transparency, fairness, and communication with future tenants regarding security deposits and end-of-tenancy procedures.

This platform allows real estate agents to scam tenants out of their security deposits and does nothing to find a solution, not even a message to the real estate agent who continues to work with them on their platform.

It has now been one full month since I moved out on March 12 and my deposit has still not been returned.

This delay is completely unacceptable. I have fulfilled all my obligations as a tenant, left the apartment clean, and provided all the information your company requested. Despite this, the refund has still not been processed.

The continued delay in returning my money is causing serious financial inconvenience. Being a foreign resident does not mean I do not depend on my money.

If the full deposit is not transferred to my bank account within 3 days, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint with the Office of the Consumer Protection Board against PropertyScout and will also pursue further legal action.

I understand that the person responding to me may not be responsible for this situation, so I ask that this message be forwarded to the appropriate manager or decision maker.

I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.

I have left my apartment spotless and left a brand new printer and useful items for the landlord or next tenant. Three weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit on chasing up people at property scout, they managed to negotiate a number of items that the landlord wanted to charge me for to be taken off the deduction. I have now received my refund. Generally I have not had any issues with the company when I have had to contact them previously. I would however ask if they could try to hurry up landlords in returning deposits and reason with them about what they want to charge tenants for. Thanks

Anfrage wegen einem Condo in Bangkok. für 26000. Viele Condos wurden mit bis zu 30000 ausgeschrieben, plötzlich behaupten sie nur ab 50000 zu vermitteln. Anscheinend vermieten sie auch nur für 1 Jahr. Alles nur Lockangebote

This company unfortunately steals tenants deposits and refusing to help when landlords charge unrealistic fees. There are much better agents with integrity out there - use this company at your own risk and be ready for the end of lease 👍🏻

I want to share our experience with PropertyScout because it’s important for other tenants to know how they operate when things go wrong.

After an earthquake, we exercised our right to end the lease based on a clear clause in the contract. That’s when the problems began.

They ghosted us for days. No help. No access to the landlord, even though we had been paying him directly. Once they finally replied, all the messages felt copy-pasted and pointless.

After weeks of pushing, they offered to return our deposit, but only if we deleted all reviews. When we asked for that in writing, they backed out again.

It’s been over 8 weeks since we asked to terminate. Still no refund, still no real help. Just delays, excuses, and wasted time. Be very cautious about trusting them with your rental.

From the moment of the first contact with them, I have been perfectly taken care off and was presented with a fitting choice of potential properties.

Can't recommend highly enough!
