I am still going through the process of buying a house. But would like to review my experience thus far- Georgia and Jake have gone above and beyond to work on my behalf, and to keep me updated every step of the way. It's felt like a very personalised experience through their warmth and concern for my situation. So, thank you : )

Jake looked after us and was brilliant, really clear communication and if I wasn't sure on something he called up quickly to explain.

Jake was a really helpful agent, checked we had and understood everything and chased the other party up when we didn't hear back.

Thank you for making the start of the purchase process so easy. Jake especially has been very efficient and professional in helping me get the purchase started. He has kept me updated and supported me where necessary with paperwork to get the ball rolling.

From our initial enquiry to handing over to the sales progressor, the process has been flawless, we were constantly updated and emails and calls answered in a timely manner. We have yet to complete on the property but so far we could not fault Property Solutions Group and Georgia.

I just want to say a massive massive thank you to Georgia Cannell. Honestly I have had the worst 8 month of my life Georgia you are a super star I really don't think you know how special you really are... professional...Honest...reliable and a heart of gold...thank you from the bottom of my heart for dealing with my purchase not only efficiantly but understanding what I was going through...you are a massive asset to property solutions group and I really hope they know that...again thank you Georgia I will always be grateful for your help x

Put an offer on a property that took a long time to get a response Jake was so helpful on chasing and keeping me updated :) the initial offer was rejected and due to the length of time for response Jake sent me a personalised message to let me know rather than a standard response which was a lovely gesture that you don’t see very often nowadays .he made a stressful process less stressful , thank you !
