Brilliant weekend on the HMO mastery 3 day intensive. Sam is a true expert in the space, running through the process from start to finish was invaluable as well as being able to visit some live site examples. I picked up plenty of tips and tricks to help avoid pitfalls as I embark on my first HMO. Sam ran through specific deals with me that I’m in the process of at the moment as gave me plenty of food for thought on how to best maximise the opportunity and rewards. Thanks for a great weekend Sam, really appreciate the time and energy you put into making this a great course to be able run with and have the confidence to then grow the business even further!

Attended 3 day HMO Mastery with Sam Watterson in Leeds.
The course is well structured with practical exercises and all the information to understand the HMO strategy.
A site visit was arranged on the last morning and a social networking meal for Saturday evening.
Sam and his team provided excellent support throughout the weekend. Sam has a wealth of experience around running an HMO business.

Attended the HMO Mastery 3 day training with Sam and Ben. Absolutely fantastic course with great content and a clear A/Z roadmap which took us through the whole process of setting up a HMO. The course was jam packed with everything needed to go through the whole process. We also took a site visit to one of their recent HMO conversations to see a completed project. I would highly recommend Sam and his team.

I initiated a refund request as per the company's policy and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Over the course of a week going back and forth where the company continuously claimed the terms for a refund hadn't been met, and I continuously had to educate them with evidence of where they were wrong, while at the same time uncovering serious flaws and lack of due care and attention to their obligations regarding personal data, and carelessness in the way the operation has been set up.

The company claimed that I hadn't initiated the refund request within the 14 day time frame. I had, and produced the email showing the date. The company then claimed that I had sent the email to an incorrect address. I showed them the order confirmation which specifically said to use that address.

The company claimed that as I had accessed the material, I had voided the refund. Of course I had accessed the material to assess its quality, which I found very lacking and was the reason I was cancelling my order. Further, I pointed out that the company had not adhered to the Regulation 37 of the Consumer Credit Regulations, and consequently could not use that excuse not to refund my payment forthwith.

At the end of the week there was a promise to escalate and promptly handle the issue. What actually happened was the company ghosted me and I am now having to go through the inconvenience of reclaiming my payment through legal channels.

After being apprehensive on what return on investment I would actually get and from being indecisive for a good while watching other property companies offering training.
I decided to go with katys course.
It was over a long weekend, as a small group of 6 as a fully immersive enjoyable and beneficial experience.
The content covered I can safely say has returned on investment triple if not more just as the initial take away!
And I haven’t even gone over my notes and additional info yet!
