How to turn 5k investment into $2,300.00. Sell through PropStore. I received some of the money you agreed to pay. Still haven't received full payment. Not sure how you do business but I'm not impressed.

You had a lackluster effort trying to sell my item. You said when you receive payment in full. I will receive it. I sent you this item in the summer of 2023. This is still not settled. Say what you will but there are many flaws in how you handled all of this.

My favorite place to buy Hollywood memorabilia from. They always find items for me to bid on or buy from their website. The staff is super friendly. They pack everything very well and shipping costs are very reasonable. Been buying from them for over 5 years now. They are great.

Propstore always has great items up for auction. Sometimes it’s fun to just browse their catalogs! When an item has been won, however, the customer service is marvelous. I even had a very minor issue with “customs” when getting a package from the UK to the US. But Jamie at Propstore took care of everything, and was extraordinarily patient and helpful during my brief “panic.” When I received the item, it was packaged very safely and I simply love it. I wouldn’t hesitate to participate in another auction with Propstore. THANK YOU!

Don’t live up to their promises. They said we would get a certain price for for our piece and they say we have to sell it when our paperwork states that it had to reach that price and now we just want our piece back. Do not trust what they say.

Prop Store holds a treasure trove of cinematic history. I always enjoy visiting. Their staff are always kind and helpful.

I was lucky enough to visit the exhibition of key lots ahead of this year’s auction. I was greeted warmly and had 1-1 attention for the duration of my visit. It was great to see a little ‘behind the scenes’ on the way to the exhibition, which was enthralling. I have purchased from Propstore in the past and their professionalism is second to none. Care is taken over the smallest item to the largest blockbuster prop. I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else as I am assured of the integrity and province of the artefacts for sale.

I have purchased several items both from the London and LA locations and every time the experience has been great.

Support is always available and does whatever it takes to accommodate the buyer

Unlike many similar companies Propstore truly know what they are doing and know about the items they sell. Once again after making a purchase the item has been packed and delivered to the very highest of standards, the item was exactly as described and damage was not left to chance as the packaging was almost bullet proof!

Propstore has grown considerably since I first met them at a memorabilia event many years ago. They have grown in every way but have not lost the personal touch and continue to find rare and exciting items that I can add to my collection, long may they reign!

Stephen and the team at Propstore have been great supporters of Emmaus Hertfordshire over the past couple of years. As well as making some very thoughtful donations at key times of year (Chocolates at Xmas and Easter Eggs always go down well!), they also picked up the bill for our community Xmas meal, helped to decorate our TV lounge with some fantastic film posters and also hosted a number of companions for really interesting guided tours of the Propstore premises. It's a real pleasure to work with an organisation that clearly cares about living up to its values and making a really positive impact in the wider community.

We were very kindly able to visit Propstore recently and the experience was amazing. A professional, courteous and hard working group of people, dedicated and enthusiastic about what they do. Amazing set up particularly if you are into films at all! From more humble days when Stephen and Tim first started, it has grown into an unbelievable unique and ever growing business. They are obviously very busy people but made time for us and our friends, who were visiting from Canada, and it is a day we will all certainly remember. Everybody we spoke to on our visit were happy to talk to us and discuss things they must get asked over and over again. Thank you Graham in particular as he was the one getting bombarded with most of the questions on what was a very hot and sticky September day if you remember!

I've purchased items from Propstore over the years since they started business and have had nothing but the best experiences. The team is very knowledgeable and their subject experts are leaders in their field. Propstore's reputation in the prop and memorabilia collecting world is second to none.

I recently decided to sell some items and Propstore were my first (and only) choice. My items were included in one of their Entertainment Memorabilia Live auctions and right from the outset I was looked after extremely well, all the way up to the day of the auction itself, and afterwards when payments were due to me.

I absolutely love Propstore. I have been buying the most wonderful authentic movie props and costumes from Propstore since 2012.
