I felt the two gentlemen that came were very nice and 20 plus years was shredded in minutes. I would definitely use this company again.

Truck coming to my house, professional shredding job, technician was a pro, but very nice…great job!

It was easy to schedule the pickup of 31 boxes to be shredded at the facility. Staff was quick to answer my questions by email and phone call. It was so nice to be rid of these boxes from my basement. Proshred is certified in shredding legal documents, which many of these boxes contained.

Driver arrived on time; we watched everything go into a bin and that bin's contents processed in the ProShred truck.

I called to get a price and schedule the service. The company called the day before to confirm the appointment. They arrived within the scheduled window and provided the service in professional manner. The pricing was as agreed. Great service, thank you.

Tech was courteous

Arrived on time, and made sure the sensitive documents I was shredding were disposed of in a safe manner. The person who came to shred my items was kind & curteous.

The gentleman did a great job…. was very polite regarding the service at my home office. Asked if I would like to watch on the outside screen as the materials process in the shedder.

We used ProShred Security to dispose of 6 bankers boxes of sensitive documents from my Aunt’s house. Scheduling was as simple as making a phone call. I was given a 4hour window for one day the following week (they assign various counties to specific days of the week). The technician called me when he was on his way to the house, got the boxes from the house and shredded them right away. Everything was finished within 5 minutes. This was much more efficient and cost-effective than other shredding companies. Based on this experience, we’re going to use them to shred documents at our house.
