Judith O’Brien is an absolute money leach

I had to deal with Antonia regarding some property transfers. On the plus side, she was polite.

On the downside, she refused to discuss the process, despite us needing to work together to complete the case. That made communication unnecessarily difficult and the whole experience far more frustrating than it needed to be.

I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your solicitors.

Brilliant experience buying a property. There are lots of not so good companies out there so the really good ones do stand out. Jack was our main solicitor and he was friendly, efficient, professional, a pleasure to deal with and kept things moving. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, our experience with Claudia was very disappointing. We had initially heard good things, but her service fell far below expectations. She seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and we ended up having to do much of the work ourselves. It felt as though she may have had some personal issue with us, which affected the quality of her service. While the company itself might generally be good, I’d strongly recommend being cautious and perhaps requesting a different representative to avoid a similar experience.

I had the pleasure to deal with Minaa Hassen who helped with the conveyancing of my property purchase.
She was upmost professional, helpful and friendly.
My email and all my queries were promptly replied and followed up.
You won’t have much delay at your end of you have her as your solicitor - I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I completed on the 16/12/24 with no issues at all , as my purchase to exchange and completion went smoothly and swiftly , within 8 weeks infact ! Not bad I hear u say ?

However I have just found out today that my £500 cash back offer from my mortgage provider , which I was so much looking forward to receiving , is now not going to be paid out by prosperity Law ?

Reason being some one else had taken over my file , you could say a bit of a numpty , who did not know what they were doing ?? whilst my solicitor was on her leave , and to cut a long story short added the £500 cash back to my deposit ? Which I did not want to happen , and I had concerns from the get go , as I pointed out that another one of their clients had left negative feedback back regarding getting their cash back , which I did not want to happen to me ? But was reassured by my solicitor it was a one off situation ? Right ?

It was a mistake iv been informed , which was not picked up on untill today when I had to chase it up , as I wondered why it was taking so long to come through ?

So the situation is no £500 cash back now , as it’s gone towards deposit ?

Absolute joke , do not use , find some one better who looks after their customers better !

I certainly won’t be using this solicitors firm again !! and this is why I given a 1 star review I’m afraid , could of easily been 4 or 5 if they had not messed up big time , and worked the figures out as agreed , so I got my cash back , which is what I wanted .

Excellent Service from Claudia. She was helpful throughout and attentive to any question we had. The process was very smooth and efficient and we can recommend her and Prosperity Law.

Susie Lenard and here team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish helping us buy our first home , they have been amazing to us helped us all the way and was only ever a phone call or email away , i would high recommend them fantastic team of professional people can not thank them enough

They may be cheaper, but please trust me. Spend more money and use better solicitors, it will save you time and hassle.

They are the worst solicitors I have ever had to deal with. We were recommended them by the company we were buying a property from.

They were completely unhelpful and every Issue I found with the vendor they seemed to side with the vendor instead of working for us. I picked up several breaches of contact, which they tried to fob off by attempting (and failed) to confuse me with legal jargon that was totally irrelevant to the breach. When I called them up on this they told me they would no longer work for me just 2 days before completion which was completely un professional. After speaking to other solicitors and the law society, I was told they could not do this.

Again after bringing this up with them they finally admitted it was a breach and would deal with it if I wished. You, the client should not be finding breaches, your solicitors should and they certainly should not be trying to get you to ignore the breach!

I recently purchased a property which was handled by Claudia who was great throughout the process. She was always available to guide me through all of my queries and her response times were very prompt. Claudia also chased all outstanding queries in a timely and consistent manner and was prompt to update me also. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

I just purchased and exchanged on a personal property in 4 weeks with Prosperity Law. Claudia was great throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

My experience with Prosperity Law was absolutely excellent. I have sold 2 properties now and the last one was really challenging to say the least. But regardless of the amount of phone calls I made,Ella always took my calls and even when she was busy with another client she would always return my call. Ella was so polite and professional and would always go the extra mile for you. She really is a credit and an asset to prosperity Law. Even the team were all very professional when they answered the calls to me, Honestly I would certainly recommend Prosperity law to anyone and will definitely be using them again.
