ProSure Group Reviews

First class customer service and follow through. Best we have ever experienced.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the ProSure Group for my surety bond needs, and I am truly impressed with their service. Their website, prosuregroup.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed.
From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was initially overwhelmed with the process of getting a surety bond, but their customer service representatives guided me through the whole process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Their dedication to customer service really stands out!
ProSure Group offers a variety of bonds to choose from, curated from a wide network of credible insurers. I was relieved to find that they offer bonds to suit every individual's requirements, from contract bonds, license & permit bonds to court bonds.
Moreover, they were extremely transparent about their pricing. The quotes I received were competitive and the best part was that there were no hidden fees, which is a refreshing change from past experiences with other companies.
To anyone seeking surety bond services, I would highly recommend ProSure Group. Their commitment to providing exceptional service coupled with comprehensive coverage options truly sets them apart in the industry.

I have bought surety bonds all over the country for years, and no company makes it as easy as ProSure. Their staff, especially Brandy are very helpful

I received the referral to ProSure Group from my Legal Zoom Attorney to secure a Surety Bond for my LLC. When I connected with ProSure Group, I was assisted with the bond by Brandy Baich who was extremely helpful, most professional and answered all my questions, and I'll add she was very patient with my learning curve. 😊 Brandy's help worked out very well and fast and I was able to secure the bond and move on. I highly recommend Brandy and ProSure Group!

I had a great experience! I work at a law firm and needed to help a client obtain a bond. Prosure was great at assisting me with this and making this a smooth and easy process for our clients.

I will be recommending ProSure Group to all my business associates. They were efficient in answering my questions and providing the quote in a very short time...not next the day. However, most importantly the price was very affordable. It is good to compare quotes but ProSure Group will provide the best....I bought my surety Bond from them, and I am happy.

everything went very smoothly. Even when I had to make corrections on my application, it was done very easily ans quickly.

I used ProSurewhen I needed a surety bond for a business requirement, and the overall experience was very good. The website is clear and informative, and the application process was simple and straightforward.
