I have been a client of Senergy Direct for several years after my original panel installer went out of business.
Senergy have installed my battery system , provided telephone support which on occasions led to onsite works. Their work has come with HIES warranty which is reassuring. Recently they offered a maintenance contract which I found attractive. Following face to face discussion I am very reassured that my system is now covered by an annual maintenance agreement.

Was very helpful, explained the process

The gentleman who came to look at our system was very understanding and helpful. The gentleman who came to fit the batteries was excellent, couldn't have asked for a polite, helpful, tidy and informativece experience. Thank you both.

Both electricians who visited my property recently were professional, polite, friendly and punctual. Tate is a great asset to your company, and Gabriel is delightful young man who is dedicated to working hard, and is also great company. I wish them both every success in their chosen careers with Senergy.

There were some difficulties getting appointments right, but the company quickly corrected the problems and provided adequate compensation for the errors and without any argument. Also, the surveyor was very polite and considerate and provided the facts without any pressure to buy. The fitterdid the work efficiently and was very polite. Overall, very satisfied. Actually an improvement over the originalcompany who provided the original equipment.

The young man who came to provide the first service of the contract arrived early and was friendly, polite and efficient and after the check reassured me that all was well.

The engineer came for an annual maintenance inspection. He was on time, pleasant, and professional. He checked things out very thoroughly, finding one thing to be corrected (a wifi dongle had been disconnected), but otherwise assured us that everything else was in good order. He reminded us as he left that our contract covers unlimited callouts if that should ever be necessary.

An excellent company with good customer service. Would have given a 5* rating but for an inoperative app, due to what transpired to be a relatively small technical and diagnostic glitch. Fixed within minutes by an expert operative, but after a delay of some weeks. Overall though I'm well satisfied and would certainly recommend them.

Turned up when they said they would, friendly staff, and quick communication

Arrived on time as arranged and worked several hours none stop to completed the installation without any problems. Pleased with the installation and all working as it should. Would recommend to family and friends

From start to finish very helpful. Took the broken inverter away.

Senergy Direct's operative Nick was friendly, helpful, efficient, communication with the office and with suppler seemed effective and everywhere was left neat and tidy.

Nick carried out maintenance work, including reconnecting a battery that had mysteriously been disconnected.
All properly set now for daily power usage from solar and battery power.
Senergy Direct have provided exactly what has been missing since being deserted by equipment installers (not by Senergy).
Nick was very thorough and informative. Glad I now have a regular agreement in place.

The site manager Darnell was very polite and informative and the insulation was fitted promptly.
