The initial call to arrange the appointment was informative without being pushy. The visit by the technical salesman was useful for me, his trained eye spotting defects I hadn't noticed. The customer service was attentive throughout, especially trying to arrange a date for the first maintenance. The on-site team were amazing, spending more time than allocated because they wanted to do a good job on what is a difficult roof. I have nothing but praise for them.
It's not at the cheap end of the scale, but you get what you pay for.

I felt very pressured by the person who came to check the system and I think it is imperative that older people have someone with them who can explain details in layman's terms.
The installation was very successful and the engineer obviously knew what he was doing and set up a very neat job and cleared up leaving everything very tidy.

After a bad experience with another energy company, we were very pleased with how Senergy dealt with us. From the initial inspection carried out by a well-mannered and professional representative, the follow-up visit by the engineers was carried out with minimum fuss. Our solar panels were cleaned, two new optimisers fitted and the inverter thoroughly checked over. I would heartily recommend Senergy.

I was very happy with the service, the only thing that I found strange was the team arrived way before the time I stated. I'm never in until after 12pm.

The inspection of the solar equipment was very thorough and the gentleman who did it was very thorough in his explanation of what needed attention. The work on the solar system was also carried out well, and everything done was clearly explained. The person on the telephone at Senergy Direct was very helpful.

They were very helpful. Although very expensive. Unfortunately the young men who fitted the connectors to the solar panels accidently knocked a small box of crockery over, which contained some willow pattern plates. Probably when they were fitting the convertor.

Engineers arrived on schedule, and detailed their assigned tasks as ordered. They took care to work in a tidy manner and were polite at all times. On completion of their assigned tasks they took time to update us on what they had done and fully explained what we are now able to monitor within the new App. We are entirely satisfied with the standard of their work.

Fitter was great one of the bosses was very thoughtful and under standing 5 stars
