The locksmith service was efficient, reliable and friendly. John was to the point with all the information required to make an informed decision and replaced one lock and secured two other locks in less than 30mins. He cleaned up the space and made sure I was happy with the product. In addition he provided some helpful tips. Would definitely recommend John and Protection Plus.

Had this installed in 2018, installation went smooth, everything was explained and they were very patient and understanding in answering all my questions. Gave a really good deal and accommodated our requests. Fast forward to 2 years later and i am still happy with the service. Equipment is still in great shape and response time is super fast.
