I was recommended to yourselves and it was the best recommendation we’ve ever recieved.
Chris was amazing in the beginning & the end helping us get everything sorted, and Roxie went above and beyond for us. Helping on her days off and at the weekend! Not only was she my mortgage broker but she was my emotional support through the most stressful 3 months of my life. Whatever problem we faced when getting the mortgage she found a solution and guided me through what to do with companies like HMRC & accountants.
If your worried you won’t get a mortgage, like I was, go to these guys, they will find a mortgage lender that will accept you, I had a CCJ and a very recent default, but somehow Roxie worked her magic and got us a £300,000 mortgage, we got the mortgage over 8 days before Christmas, and completed 3 days afterwards!
The nicest people no matter your circumstances, very personal unlike big high street companies who won’t take your situation into consideration.

Chris and Roxie recently secured the best possible rate for our remortgage, managing the process from start to finish with constant communication ensuring I was always up to date. When we come to renew in a few years I will go straight back to them. Great job.

Myself and my partner have just bought our first home together with the help of Chris and Roxie, this was by no means an easy mortgage application due to various reasons however this company smashed it out of the park! We had resided to the fact that we would not be eligible for a mortgage but Chris secured us the best deal possible given our circumstances. Once the mortgage was secured the service didn’t stop there, Chris communicated with us daily with regular updates and offered us reassurance throughout the whole process. I strongly doubt that we would be homeowners had we not used this company and we will 100% be back to use their services again!

Well, what can I say about Roxy and Chris? Our mortgage was not an easy one to do, with more than one or two challenges, but they thought outside the box and went through everything they could think of to get the mortgage for us. We would not have got it if not for Roxy and Chris. There were very good at communication and explained everything to us, and did not mind me asking lots and lots of questions. 10 out of 10

I’ve used Chris for all my insurances before but now I’ve moved house I’ve used Roxie for my mortgage and she is so helpful and found the best product that suited my needs and worked out best for me.

I got in touch with Protection UK March 2023.
I was looking for a first time mortgage. I had various complications due to my poor credit score and a few bits outstanding. Roxie and i had a chat , she advised me on the best way to go about this as it would give me a better chance of getting a mortgage as i came into this with no idea.
After a very long year building my credit score etc. Roxie fought and pushed for my mortgage and stuck in there and always kept me updated. It has been the most stressful thing i have ever been through. but with Roxie and Chris's help i am happy to say i finally got my mortgage :)))). I have felt like giving up and shed many tears and through this Roxie has been there. Cannot thank them enough for not only helping me get my mortgage but for not giving up on it with me.
