Glad partial , payment was covered , It would seem to me that along with oil change ,at 60,000 miles that that Tran s oil change and differential oil and spark plug change would be considered preventive maint to be covered , tell me why I’m wrong in my thinking . You decline three of my reimbursement you declined three of my claims and you keep saying you have not received my emails on my fax and have receipts you guys are scam take my money every month and don't want to fix nothing you make me pay for everything on my pocket I'm suing the hell out you I'm reporting you the better Business bureau All the above. Yesterday you guys said you didn't get my fax like fax clearly states and the receipts I got all my receipts recordings of the phone conversations
