when at the place to have oil change and tire rotation no one never answer phone . Paid send the invoice what i paid receive payment in pre paid not the amount i paid out of pocket .not everyone take prepaid.

The dealership called protect my car and discussed the problem I was having. They gave them a quote and diagnostic and protect my car told them what they will pay for and how much.

If I had the option for zero stars I would select that! Awful customer service, they told us that if we provided proof of oil change receipts and dates they would replace our engine for us, they never call back when promised and so we had an awful time connecting with them! When we finally did they said they couldn’t help us out because we changed the oil ourselves and didn’t have proof of a shop doing it? Like what??? And then went on to say there was other issue which they never mentioned until they ran out of ideas how to avoid helping us out ! Never again will we use them, and hope you don’t get screwed over either!

Pretty good deal
I have to say it's a pretty good deal we have the Platinum plan and they pay out right away as long as you follow the right procedures. One thing it dose take a while to answer their phones but if you start calling when you leave the house they usually answer by the time you get there

Having your vehicle covered with PMC is the best decision anyone could make...I sure did it.
It was great knowing that after my car broke down, PMC was right there and stepped right in and pulled me and my car out of a jam.... with no hesitation!!!...there was no problem with getting my car repaired and back on the road with great service and an excellent staff of PMC!!!...I will refer PMC to everyone!... and I have already referred a few of my coworkers and family members to get covered with PMC!!!... that's the best decision I've ever could have made!!!... thank you again so much for your excellent caring hard working staff!!!...I truly trust PMC with the life of my car!!!

I could take my car to the place close to where I live! And it didn’t take them long! They were great about calling Protect My Car Fleet for payment of my oil change! ProctectMy Car Was very professional about giving them the information they needed!

I received referral from George Brugos who owns his own repair service who kept my cars running for over 30 years when we lived in Merrillville, IN. Name of company is Brugos Automotive in Merrillville, IN. He offers a through repair service. His referral was excellent.
