Protocol Education Reviews

My experience with Protocol Education has been extremely positive, particularly my interaction with my consultant, Molly Brend. She has been exceptionally supportive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process.
Within just three weeks, she efficiently completed all the necessary procedures to help me get started in my role, demonstrating both her dedication and strong organizational skills. Her warm and approachable nature made the experience even more reassuring, especially as I am new to the organization.
I have also found the rest of the team to be equally friendly and supportive. The recruitment process is impressively fast and well-structured, making the overall experience smooth and stress-free.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Protocol Education and would highly recommend them. A special thanks to Molly Brend for her outstanding support and enthusiasm.

Molly and Naimah were really helpful and quick to respond. They made everything straightforward and easy.

Fantastic team of agents that will find you work. Been sent to some lovely places for work as a teacher and at times as a TA when work is scarce, greening lovely team both in Middlesbrough and Newcastle. They will get you signed up as quick as they can and make sure your safeguard training is updated and often offer further training opportunities.

I’ve worked with multiple of schools with different individual students and pupils with different educational needs. Use of different assistive devices including braille which I have not used before my placement.

A big thank you to my consultant, Katie Rowden, for being so supportive and helpful. I really appreciate the consistent communication and support!

Aaron and the Leeds team have been excellent finding me day-to-day supply positions that works with my family and other commitments.
Communication is perfect, and I've built a good relationship with the schools I work with.
If I was to look for a longer term position, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's a hard working team of lovely people that helps with the job through out.

Started working for Protocol Education 2 years ago, always had work and Gill my Manager is brilliant she always touch base with me and checks everything is ok, she always thanks me too at the end of every term which is lovely and I feel appreciated :)

I enjoy working with Protocol and happy with the placements I get through London office, Katie and Hannah are superb!
Communication is very good as the team are always on hand to help and easily accessible should I have any queries. The app is very useful as e everything is on here.

Really helpful got me into placement quickly!

If you need anything they will get back to quickly.

Initially applied for a TA role with protocol I found that very quickly I had completed all the compliance needed and was offered a long term contract with the chosen school.

Bronwyn was especially helpful in providing a contract with a school and in a department very attuned to my preferences and specialisations from previous positions and study.

They were very good all round, I would say if you need to get a hold of anyone urgently expect that phone calls will be the quickest method otherwise your line manager under contract is where nearly all communication should be had whilst under contract.

The school I was working under contract with have now offered me a full time position after attending an interview and the agency have been very supportive and helpful in that pursuit. They have been in very good communication with the school and myself regarding the hand over too.

All round would recommend, I trust this agency to fulfill my expectations.
